When I cry, the tears get instantly lost. Swept up in the current and carried to various waters across the seas. It is quite as if I can't cry at all. But that is highly untrue. With the barrier around us, there's nothing we can do to escape. Soon, we will all fall prey.

I truly do not understand freedom for what it is worth. My life has begun here, and it will end here. There will be no effect that I have on this world, should I do nothing. But, as many who have come before me have cleverly noted, What is the price to pay for happiness?

(This is awful, I'm sorry…)

For those in the Marine Rescue rp, aka Camie, it's a direct spoiler.

Crud. Well, it's not everyday that the star you wished upon turns out to be a fallen angel, bent upon granting your wish. I (very idiotically) wished to get away. To get away from the oppression, the lies, and my mother. I shouldn't have, though. I love mom, I just get frustrated with her sometimes. But now, here I am. Being dragged by my foot by an angel.
"You're coming with me!" He grunts, trying to drag me along. "No! I don't want to go to heaven!" I scream indignantly. "Then I'll throw you in hell!" He backfires. "You can't! Satan has a restraining order on me!"

I stare into its eyes. It knows me. It does. Maintaining eye contact with the celestial, my mind wanders. You know me. Do you know me? Do you remember me? Remember me. The wholly black eyes begin to reflect the stars.
"Mazie?" it murmurs.
"Yes," I smiled. It's him. He's there. "Yes, it's me. Can you hear me?"
"Yes." He looks proud.
