K. It's probably a spider bite, blister, or weird pimple. I would apply ice and watch for infection. Then maybe wash your hands real good with soap and crap, then if you have some disinfecting stuff that would be wise to apply, like Iodine.
If there's anything else you can tell me about it, that would be swell!
