When people set off fireworks a few days before the 4th of July…Why cant they just wait?

Deleted user

Lmao as soon as I read that a massive firework went off.

@Ewen_the_Eccentric

My pet peeve is when people poke my face or my ribs
it like
sends me immediately into angry mode

and being patronized
like if they're saying something nice just because they think I need to hear it
grumbling under breath
It makes me so salty

OR if I'm arguing with someone and they start saying "Huh?!" right after what they said as if they're trying to rush me to answer them

like boi
I will throat punch you and not regret it

Yeah, same here. I especially hate it when my friends mess with my lanyard ( wearing an ID in school you get lanyards) and just DON'T TOUCH IT!!
And when people randomly touch/hug me. LET GO!
It just pisses me off.

When people refuse to turn down the radio and just yell over it instead.

@Katastrophic group

When someone acts like they're the smartest person in the room, even on topics they clearly don't know anything about/topics I actually know more about than them. Bonus points if they sound condescending or talk down when you try to say something against their 'facts'

Am I the only one who gets mad when people use the word 'theory' loosely? My biology teacher was talking about in during one of our in-person classes and I realized how annoying it is when someone says 'I have a theory about ___!' Like,,,, a theory is supposed to be a set of hypotheses that were proven correct, not just a thing you have an idea about. Seriously though, am I the only one who's annoyed by this–

@nebula__ group

The misuse of the word 'famous' when connected to someone being known for something bad; the correct word to use is infamous!

oh man i know a lot of people who do that and it pisses me off so mUch

'Theory' can be used both ways, there are two seperate definitions. Like traffic jam and grape jam. They're different but the same. <3

@berlioz

A theory isn't a set of hypothesis that are proven correct. Those are called facts. Theories are sets of hypothesis that work best with what's already known. Theories can't be facts until they are proven to be repeatedly demonstrable and objectively true.
