If you think about it, being the vice president is a good cover for someone secretly working against the president. It is a high position that would be smart to rebel from. It would be a big deal to fire the vice president. To fire Mike Pence could get a rise out of some people.

See, I do a dice roll. If it lands on 1, 3, or 5, the bullet hits me. 2, 4, or 6, it hits you. Then, I roll again, for the hit location.
