Next Tuesday I have my first practice!!!

I still do not understand how I am gonna play my flute with a mask on

They seriously had solutions for all the other instruments and then for us they were just like “flutes….figure it out”
And honestly, disappointed but not surprised

They were talking about different stuff but none of us are wearing anything for marching band. Very safe, 10/10
Not sure what we're doing for inside. They were talking about making us wear flute shields but idk

Honestly, mood. All the other instruments the Band director is like
"Oh you need help with this music here let me do all of this" and with flutes it's like,
" You're high schoolers, figure out these rhythms by your self."

Oof it’s never really like that for us on the musical side of things but like with lyres they’re like “Umm…suffer?”
And now with the masks they just want us to figure it out
Like I understand our instrument is some weird brass woodwind lovechild but p l e a s e
