yes yes yes! this is what I’ve been saying! that fact that currently 90% of my rights are in jeopardy does NOT make me feel safe and I am actually scared right now. Like I don’t know about you guys, but I kind of like having rights, especially ones about healthcare where gross old M.E.N have no business controlling them.
The election is honestly a little more than terrifying. Like, 95% of the people on here would just be stripped of our rights if it goes wrong just for being queer.
To be honest with you, I’m just terrified of what will happen next.

Today I was out and about, just having a walk as usual, when I saw a crowd of people, all dressed in politically charged paraphernalia, all chanting to “Vote Red!” All the while they abused and lambasted some poor guy in the crowd.

And guess what? They didn’t give half a shit that they were driving him to have a meltdown and that they were going to leave horrifically maimed with the amount of punishment he received. It took me and three other guys to get the crowd to get the hell away. It’s a miracle he wasn’t sent to stay at a hospital for a month.

It feels so terrible knowing that people will turn on you willingly and violently over something like gender, sexual orientation, mental conditions, and religion (Or lack thereof). I feel like I’m going to get consumed and spat out by the same, inane stupid crowd that enabled the whole fiasco in Gaza. The same sort of people that would gleefully commit heinous crimes just to fulfill their pointless pursuit of “purity” or “maintaining a Godly lifestyle” or whatever else they’ll come up with to excuse their inhumanity.

Honestly, I wish I could just disappear into a black void. At least in an empty void, no one will be there to scream at you for being yourself.
