…… you called?

I definitely can help. I can give you brand suggestions if you want to do it at home. I definitely suggest bleaching it or lightening it first unless you have Jack Frost hair. Otherwise its just not going to come out the color you want and its going to fade much quicker.
I also have some tips for making your dye last as long as possible after its done.

Hmm. I would rather not bleach it, so how would I lighten it without bleaching it? Just any tips would be great :)

Uhhhhhh if I'm being honest I forgot how to do that, but Eris has done it successfully, so she can tell you how if she doesn't mind

Alright

Hair: Kinda golden/red blonde (my natural color, i've never dyed before)
Skin: super pale, with freckles
Eyes: Kinda blue/green/grey

Okay I suggest an auburn shade if you’re looking for a solid colour, though because your hair is so light it could end up fading into a ginger over time (though I think that would compliment both your skin and eyes).
I suggest going semi-permanent to start off with, that way you can see if you actually like the colour or not. If the hairdresser is a decent one then she should do a strand test beforehand so you can see what the colour will look like before you decide to go straight in with it.

If you do decide to go with an auburn shade then I suggest keeping it up with a henna based shampoo, I know that L’Oreal has a Botanéa shampoo that is great for copper, red, auburn etc hair (it’s the shampoo that I use and it’s helped to keep the red looking fresh)

You…. you don't know what a worm on a string is????

“My college mates had a craze of it”
Yes I know what the stupid worm is, I just don’t understand why it’s so popular

@ElderGod-Icefire

Ice what kind of color were you thinking?

So i read through everyone's advice just now, thanks for all the ideas!

I was actually thinking blue, maybe?

Because teenagers and young adults are just bigger children

If you did blue tips with your hair/eye color it'd be gorgeous

It's just kinda dumb and fun. No deep meaning behind the craze

Yeah, i've actually been leaning towards that, since I've never dyed before and I'm a little scared to do my whole head

Okay so blue is kinda tricky to get right (I will warn you though, when you get it right, its difficult to get out). You need to make sure your hair is light enough or it will not turn out (or it will turn out and then fade to green in like two washes). But as long as your hir is light enough before dying, it should look really cool!

Hmm… okay I suggest either baby blue or electric blue. Both of these you’ll want to do professionally so it doesn’t fuck up and turn green straight away. Again, semi-permanent, look at the strand tests, and don’t worry if it does fade to green after some time because it could actually turn out really pretty (green looks good with really pale skin)

Thanks guys!! Like I told Miriam, I'm leaning towards just doing the tips or like an ombre thing, but thank you for the ideas and tips and stuff!
