Charlotte nodded and turned her attention back to the screen.

“I don’t know. The groups dispersing at the moment. Do you know any ice cream stores around here? I dropped my cone earlier. I mean we don’t have to eat ice cream we can do whatever you want to do. I don’t really care.” Alpha cursed herself for rambling. Why is she being like this.

Vesper was quiet, watching the movie with her.

Caedmon laughed softly. "Yeah, ice cream is fine if that's what you want." He replied, smiling down at her. She's so short. He thought amusedly.

Cassie raised an eyebrow mid-laugh. "This is so different," she whispered, shaking her head. Not that it was bad.

“Ok. Sounds fun! How are you so tall?” Alphas face turned as red as her hair in her mortification. Had those words come out of her mouth? He was going to walk away and ugh!!!

He laughed. "I think I inherited it from my dad, like the rest of my body shape. The looks are from my mom." he chuckled at the little redhead girl.

Alpha laughed showing the fangs she had tried to keep hidden. Her jaws clumped shut and she held a hand over the white canines.

Caedmon blinked. "Oh. What shiny teeth you have, grandmother." He joked with a laugh, referencing an old fairy tale that he hoped she had heard of.

Alpha snorted at the Little Red Riding Hood reference, turned red, and began to laugh, not caring that her fangs were showing.

He chuckled, grinning. "I didn't mean to be offensive, so i hope that wasn't." He added, still chuckling as he looked down at Alpha.

“Not even close to offensive. I’ve heard much worse- but hey- when your parents have a big reputation rumors go around and people talk about you, just not always in a good way. Ya know what I mean?” She looked up at Caedmon hoping he would get the gist.
