@TheGoldenLegend

(Ehhh, I'll have to go soon…. I might disappear out of nowhere)

Up by the shore line, Blazestorm sat among the reeds as he groomed himself. No clouds have passed across the sky, up in the deep blue, it was clean and breezy. Stopping and looking into the swift flowing river, his gaze landed on a school of minnows, to small to be considered a noble catch, he let them swim by undisturbed.

@KoffeeOwl

(No worries,)
Creeping through the long grass along the bank just before the pebbles and sand, Goosefeather let her paws fall silently on the ground. Catching a glimpse of fur she stalked forward still, pouncing only to realize that what she had clutched between her claws was the tip of a tail.

@TheGoldenLegend

Sharp dagger like needles pieced his tail, flipping out, he leaped forward in a wild spin and landed upside down in the river. Lifting his head out of the water, he shook the water off his orange pelt and glared off into the reeds.

@KoffeeOwl

Popping her bright white head out from the long grasses and reeds the warrior's eyes were wide and round. Her neck instantly bristled with embarrassment as she saw her orange-furred clanmate drenched with narrowed eyes. She leaped over to the shore, and looked in at him. "I'm so sorry!" Goosefeather chattered, her words coming out quickly.

@TheGoldenLegend

"Yeah…" He huffed, pulling himself out of the stream and onto the sandy shore. Shaking his pelt, he began grooming his side, "I just got this pelt clean.." He muttered to himself.

@KoffeeOwl

Goosefeather worked the ground with her paws, and situated herself on the ground. She looked down into the water, watching it as if flowed past them. "There might not be as many fish, but I can help since I knocked you in," She offered, her whiskers twitching as she stared down into the river, not allowing them to become unfocused.

@KoffeeOwl

"Oh?" Goosefeather's expression changed to one of confusion as she continued to stare into the water. "Are you okay?" She asked, puzzlement lacing her words.

@KoffeeOwl

"Keep your fur on…" Goosefeather whispered, her gaze unfaltering as she kept it fixed on the river. Soon flashes of silver began to appear, and she leaned forward.

@TheGoldenLegend

He grunted and casted a long glance at the she-cat, sighing, he fluffed out his tail and began grooming that. "Lionspirit will sure get a punch out of this." He muttered.

@KoffeeOwl

Goosefeather sank the claws of her left paw into the ground before swiping her right paw through the water. Surprisingly, up with the soaked fur of her paw came a silvery fish. She backed up and let it fall to the ground before messily biting it's back to kill it. She looked down at it as it flopped around a few times more.

@KoffeeOwl

'Every cat is acting as if their fur is on backwards,' Goosefeather thought, her ears flicking in acknowledgement of her clan-mate's arrival. "Well, the fish aren't going to be around as much pretty soon, and something is better than nothing." Curling her fluffed up tail around her dampened paws, Goosefeather swiped her jaws with her tongue, ridding her muzzle of the cool water that had collected on it.

@KoffeeOwl

Goosefeather gave a small nod, and looked over to her orange furred friend, "It's okay," she mewed. "I can't expect you to be in the best mood after getting scared into the river, the water is a bit cold." Her eyes scanned over the small bit of forest that she could see from her spot near the river. The plants in Riverclan territory were still green and very much alive, but the trees were beginning to show crimson and yellow leaves. Her thoughts drifted briefly to the thought of the coming leaf-bare. Hopefully these few moons of cold and snow would be easier than the last.
