Hello,))
(Your back!!! and sorry I was gone, I was visiting people)
Sighing, he stood and shook off his pelt again, "It would be best if we head back to came," He said more lightheartedly, "I don't think we're suppose to be out here at this hour."
Goosefeather stood up an arched her back in a stretch. Upon doing so a light gust of wind ruffled the fur on her legs, which was much fluffier compared to the sleek fur of her body. She nodded in agreement, and picked up the short fish that she had caught. Around the fish, she meowed, "We probably should get back to camp," with a flick of her tail, Goosefeather began padding off in the direction she had come. Glancing over her shoulder to see if her clan-mates were coming, Goosefeather shivered. It was certainly getting colder.
With her ahead of him, Blasestorm kept an eye out for brother Lionspirit. Watching as birds flooded the skies, he sighed happily, knowing he would see them again and their offspring next newleaf.
Just before Goosefeather quietly padded into the camp, she could hear the skittering of prey that was settling down for the night. Tomorrow… She thought, feeling a bit better after hearing signs of prey.
Glancing around, he watched as Foxstar padded over to the medicine cat den with Ashpaw right behind her. Finchsong and Oakleaf must have arrived from their journey to the mountains, and by the looks of it, something was up.
( @Caustic_Fraust? Want to come back???)
Goosefeather trotted over to the fresh-kill pile, and dropped her fish there. Fish were a tricky thing to keep in the fresh-kill pile, but she guessed it would be gone soon, despite its size. Wondering over to the warriors' den, Goosefeather laid down beside the entrance and watched as Foxstar neared the medicine den. An apprentice was trotting along behind the leader. Goosefeather never really poked her nose around in the business of other cats, even if they were her clan-mates, so she had little idea as to why the medicine den was being filled.
(Idk what to do ack)
Finchsong looked up as Foxstar entered the den, leaving the herbs she was sorting to bow her head politely. "Foxstar! I would have come to you earlier, but it was so late… I didn't want to disturb you. I hope that's alright?"
"Its ok," Foxstar replied, "was the journey safe? You didn't run into any trouble I hope."
( I wish you could go back on Winterrock.boards.net/ the gathering is in three days)
Finchsong shook her head. “No, the tribe cats were very welcoming and helpful. I hear there has been some trouble with rouges? No one was hurt, I hope?”
"You already know Ashpaw was hurt, Lionspirit and Blasestorm are from that rouge group, but they don't know if Blizzard is planning an attack on the clans. Thunderclan has been silent about the group, they have spoken nothing about the cats even though they are the closes to them."
~~~~~
Blazestorm sat under the shade of a tree, listening in on the two cats conversation, if only he knew of some info about any planed attack, if only he knew all the cats in Blizzards camp, then life would be so much easier.
“Mm… is there anything I can do to help, Foxstar? I know I was gone for a little longer than expected; the weather was fickle near the mountains.” Finchsong had seen that Ashpaw still had a splint, but it was a simple one, which meant his leg was healing.
((is this open at the moment? The thread title says it is but I'm awkward - I roleplayed warrior cats like two years ago but due to the roleplaying site I roleplayed on being closed down, I haven't for ages, haha))
(Sure! Feel free to join as an existing character (not already being roleplayed, of course. Golden might be okay with you doing Foxstar if you really wanna but I'd ask if I were you) or create your own ^^)
(I'm currently Rping as Blazestorm, Lionspirit, Oakleaf, Marshtail (Dead), Creeksong (Dead), silverbrook (dead), Stagkit, Foxstar, Blizzard, and Winter, I am FINE with you taking over any of these characters :)
"For one, you can head over to Thunderclan and figure out what has been happening." Foxstar replied.
(Lmao)
Finchsong bowed her head. "Yes, Foxstar. I'll do that right away." And with that, she trotted out of the medicine den and then the camp, heading towards Thunderclan.
(The med cats of TC are Harkflight- Ginger tabby tom with a fluffy tail and Dapplepaw- Grey tortoiseshell she-cat with green eyes)
Being alone for the first time in moon felt so odd for her, having the feeling of Oakleaf besides her always made her feel everything would be ok. Passing through the trees, the sensation of being watched came over he. Looking up, she spied an apprentice among the tree branch's.
~~~~~~~
Finchsong had left a while back but Blazestorm could not help but go out and find her. He hated when cats went out alone, and after saving Ashpaw, he felt an even a deeper ditsier to help the medicine cats.
"Hello?" Finchsong called up to the apprentice. "Are you alright? You're not stuck, are you?" She glanced around nervously to see whether there was any other cats here. Well, not that I can see… She put it out of her mind for the moment, looking back up at the stray apprentice.
The tom cat did not move from his spot, only stared down at her with narrowed amber eyes. From the bushes, a slim cream colored she-cat emerged, her long tail was fluffed out and her dark blue eyes were vibrant with energy and adventure.
"What are you doing on Thunderclan territory?!" She hissed, trying to make her small body look bigger.
Finchsong took on a submissive position, bowing her head. "I mean no harm. I am Riverclan's medicine cat, Finchsong. My leader, Foxstar, requested that I come and see what's been going on. I have been on a journey for several moons."
"Nothing has been 'going on'," Snapped the apprentice in the trees, "Riverclan has no business digging their claws in other clans affair." Hopping from branch to branch, the light brown tabby tom made his way to the ground, "Tell your leader Thunderclan is fine, nothing of their interest has been happening."
The She-cat dipped in approval. From the bushes being her, another light orange apprentice came forth.
"Oh! Hello; what's… what's your name?" Finchsong asked the other apprentice, still a bit shaken by how snappy the Thunderclan cats were. What's their problem? All the clans know that medicine cats don't come as scouts our anything! And, there's no way Thunderclan didn't know I was gone in the first place.
"My name is not important." Said the orange she-cat calmly, she walked over to the cream colored cat and then stared over to the brown tom then back to Finchsong. "We know you have come in peace but this is not the right time for your visit."
