Serenade began backing away from Aza fearfully, her wings unfolded so they wouldn’t brush the ground.

Ivy falls. Fear/anger then takes over. Her fingertips start turning black. The black starts climbing down until all of her hand is a black ombre. Then, slowly, her eyes start turning dark red. Iris, no, I can handle thi- No, no you can't.
Iris stares blankly at the ground. Shoot, can't move. Well then, just have to wait*
“Well I guess I’ll just have to find her…” Stella said louder then she meant too, she looked to Aza, Serenade, and Ivy. Whats up with Ivy?. She thought, then said, “Well I must be off, it was nice meeting you all.” She have a small bow as did Giles though he was invisible to them and turned to leave.
"Nope. Not you either. Deza," Aza cautioned as the dragon hopped off her shoulder toward Serenade. "Come back." Dezaley returned to her post. Aza shot her hand out behind her toward Serenade, binding her in the dark web.
"Now, Ivy, tell me what you know. How to get it out."
Iris still stares blankly but slowly whispers, "Can't… move… can't… talk"
Aza unwinds the darkness from her throat and tightens her grip on Iris's wrists and arms/
Stella walks away, Giles at her side, “Did you at least sense her anywhere?” Stella asked
As the dark web surrounded her, Serenade tried to take off, but found that she couldn’t move. She shouted in fear. Why would you bring me here? she shouted out mentally to her Divine Protector. I didn’t know she would do that, a voice responded in her mind.
“No, I’m afraid not. I’m sorry.” Giles admitted guiltily.
“It’s fine we’ll find her.”
Can’t you just free me? Serenade pleaded to her Divine Protector. Nope, no can do. She’s got a Divine Protector too, and I can’t mess with others of my kind.
Stella and Giles adventured deeper into the forest, it got darker as they went, “I can’t go this far.” Giles said and disappeared, Stella sighed and took her knives out.
Iris stands up, "Not great, but better. Now, what do you want?" She says harshly
"Tell me. How to get it out. The darkness." Aza smiled dangerously.
Serenade struggled in the darkness.
“Why…why can’t…why do…you…want me?” She choked out.
"Do you think I can control this?" Aza's eyes softened. Then she regained her posture and hostility. "Why do you care?" Her ghastly grip tightened on both of her hostages.
Serenade struggled, slowly suffocating.
“Stop…please! Sto-“ Her lungs gasped for breath as her wings writhed. “You’re…kill…me!”
"I CAN'T CONTROL IT!" Aza screamed. "DEZALEY!" The dragon drove her teeth violently into Aza's shoulder. She cried out in pain and the tendrils of darkness receded.
Serenade slumped to the ground, gasping for air. She looked at Aza fearfully, partially understanding why she had a daemon now.
Hearing someone behind her, Mos put her tools back away. She seemed in no rush however, as she walked back to Locket to check if everything was secure. Finally, she turned around; though due to the cloth on her face, she could not see him. "Hello there," she calmly greeted.
Iris stares at Aza, "How to get it out? Do you really think I know that?" She smiles, "You're a funny one.."
Serenade stood shakily, using her wings to balance. She flapped them and flew off, trying to get away from Aza as quickly as possible.
Stella yelped and jumped back up into a tree when a blast of purple shot through the forest at her, followed by a loud roar and explosion

(Why does this remind me of one of my characters)
(Idk lol)
Ah, there was what he was waiting for. He wasn't usually one to start a conversation, often keeping to himself. Well, not many stuck around to get to know him either, afraid and seeing his kind as ill omens. As the other turned to face, did the winged, armored male give a low, elegant bow. It may be strange to others, but a normal custom he had learned out of respect for another race, even if his own were shunned and feared.
The male straightened again, his face hidden by the helmet he wore, but the golden eyes gazed steadily outwards in the darkness. Taking note of the other's features, as well as the sound of the voice, this other must be a female. Least that was what he was picking up on simply by observations. His black wings remained neatly folded against his back, the slight breeze brushing past the feathers.
"Greetings Madam. Apologies if I disturbed you and your mount. Simply curiosity got the better of me, and has brought me here before you. There are a few other reasons as well, but we shall avoid those."
The armored male felt no need to share his other intentions, looking at possible after-meal options, as some hunters did tend to leave carcasses out to rot.
