Enderstorm bolted upright and lashed her wings and tail out, flames erupting from her throat in Tessa’s direction. She whacks Anna with a wing by accident. She collapses on the ground immediately after, panting but awake.

Enderstorm sighed angrily, and curled back up, resting her snout in her tail.
“I need to rest anyway. It’s the only way I can recover from the blood loss.” She closed her eyes and began snoring again, already fast asleep.

This time, Tessa didn't bother with waking her. She knew what it was like to need rest.
She suddenly stood up and marched into the forest. Her limbs seemed to tremble before she was swallowed up by the trees.
Ronan watched with narrowed eyes.

Anna lay back on the warm soil, deciding sleep was the best option for now. At least Enderstorm wasn't asleep permanently… She watched Tess go, knowing Ronan was keeping an eye on her.

She gave a hesitant nod. "So both. I'm going to pretend I understood what you said, and go to sleep." she rolled onto her back and folded her hands.

Enderstorm’s sleep this time was very nightmare filled. She saw a dragon screaming in agony and covered in blue blood, an old Enderman giving his last breath, and even a kiss that ended with a dagger at her throat. She relived her worst memories in her dreams, torturing her every time she closed her eyes. Regardless, she needed to sleep, as she did not want to die from blood loss. That had already almost happened before.

(I'm sorry I haven't been on, they blocked Notebook.ai on our school computers so I forgot all about it for a while)

Ronan scented the air and happily came to the conclusion that Tessa had her beast under control, then shifted back into his human form, running a hand through his hair. We need to get out of here.

Anna opened one eye. "I agree. But how, and what's the point? All you non-humans have done your trials, now it's just me and Lacie. If we even have trials, it's not like there's anything we can do that the rest of you can't." She sighed, her optimism dwindling.
