It is a dimension parallel to Earth 63 billion years from now. It is built around mental and physical strength. People 10 to 20 years are all left to fend for themselves for the 10 years they're out of their city. No one knows how the system was created. Once they're transported outside the 'obice' walls, Mentors wait for them. They take them into their group (consisted of maximum 5 people) and raise them and train until the Mentor turns 20. A Mentor is considered a parent to the other members of their group, except to the other Mentor (2 per group). The Youngest of a group is the most recent recruit, the most fragile. When a kid joins a group, they get a Bond (see Items), the Bond corresponding to the group they've joined. It symbolizes the love between the members of the group and becomes more intricate the stronger the bonds between the members.
Life inside the cities is hardcore. There are ten job options: Carer, Teacher, Builder, Farmer, Leader, Artist, Researcher, Worker, Doctor, Filler. They're all pretty self-explanatory, and Filler is basically people who have no skills and just fill in for some people and do whatever is left. In order of 'nobleness': Leader; Researcher; Doctor; Teacher; Artist; Farmer; Carer; Builder; Worker; Filler.

This dimension is composed of millions of cities enclosed in the 'obice', a half-transparent impregnable substance that keep every person under 20 out.
At the end of each year, every child ten years or over is transported outside of their city into the plains.
