Clock Town
Considered the watch-making capital of Hyrule, Clock Town is the town that is always punctual and is home to the biggest clock tower that anyone has ever seen.
People who live in Clock Town are general upper middle class to high class range and usually subscribe to Traditionalist though when it comes to economics with an undercurrent of Progressivism when it comes to social matters. The people like to think of themselves as centrists who can see the merits of both lines of thinking.
Clock Town is found in the 2nd District of the Kingdom and is overseen by High Court Judge Dasil Reinhelm. It follows the general law of the land, but theft in this town is punished much more harshly than it is elsewhere because the watchmakers jealously protect the secret to their work so that no one else can replicate it.

After the fall of Calamity Ganon and the rise of New Hyrule, a bunch of watchmakers set about on an ambitious quest: turn the Central Tower into a gigantic clock tower, the likes of which had never before been seen, in commemoration. While building the clock tower, a town formed around them of like-minded individuals of watchmakers and time-keepers, and Clock Town was born.
The Central Clock Tower: the biggest clock tower in Hyrule's history.
