Tempest

The capitol city of Talv, located almost smack in the middle of the primary land mass.

Tempest was the first city founded in Talv by the Wind God. It took the place of the original capitol in the same place, the God simply building up the castle and building out the city to accommodate more people as previously it had been little more than a stop for those traversing the desert to the north.
