History
Despite Silvermoor being the official capitol city of Lapaki, the Water Goddess spends most of her days in Royal Azure as she has no real intention of staying on land more than necessary. The city was built by her and the water demons, and later with the help of merfolk after the Great War, and is constantly being built even to the present day.
