Silvermoor

The official capitol of Lapaki, located on its southwestern edge.

The Water Goddess established her land-based capitol of Silvermoor once she was given her small continent to rule. As the country had previously been an independent island nation and had no real capitol she simply picked a random spot and had the capitol built there. She cares little for the land capitol and keeps her castle there for the sake of hosting visitors and the outward appearance of care but otherwise leaves the running of the city to a steward and visits only when necessary.
