Extremely powerful, with abilities like healing magic, one type of elemental magic, and/or light magic, They can become any natural human height (the tallest is around 8') but prefer 1 height to the rest. If one wishes to wear something that increases their height (like heels) they can continue to stay at the same height. If any creature manages to get away from a spirit, the injuries that are received can't be healed. Same if any creature injures a spirit. They'll be stuck with the scars until they die permanently.

They were created by the Light Being and have fought with the Dark Being and their demons since near the beginning of time. They came very close to losing to the demons when they vastly outnumbered them 20 to 1 but the Light Being's chosen one found out that the demons could be killed permanently with a touch of their skin with the white mark on it. Most were killed (permanently) and only an extremely small amount remain.
