Chronomancy
A type of Sensecraft involving manipulation of one's sense of time. Sometimes called "timecraft." Associated with the color silver.
The most common use cases of Chronomancy involve making the target perceive time as moving faster or slower than it actually is. This causes the brain to compensate by moving at the opposite rate -- those experiencing faster time will find their thoughts sluggish, unable to keep up with the events around them, while slower time allows the target to form complex thoughts in the blink of an eye. At lower levels, this can be used merely to make boring times fly by and fun times stretch on just a little longer; more skilled Chronomancers can put the effect to good use in combat and other fast-paced, high-stakes situations.
While typical Chronomancy can only affect a target's perception of present events, when used to inflict hallucinations, it can also alter how one remembers the past. A target can be made to feel like a different amount of time has passed since an event, and even convinced that they're currently in a different date and time altogether. In severe cases, the brain may distort important memories when trying to compensate for the incongruity.
