Olympus

Above & Beyond takes places in the year 2025, mainly concentrated in a city located on the coast of Southern California called Olympus. While supers can be found all over the world, Olympus is the prime spot for them - a very city built specifically for them. It just so happens to be one of the most populated cities in North America, holding nearly 9 million people, though it’s also nearly three times the size of New York City.

The city is relatively clean despite it being so large; many of the skyscrapers have planter areas to keep the city looking green and litter is cleaned up by maintenance robots scattered around the area. In the center of the city is a massive fountain built to honor the founder of the Guardian Syndicate, and the GS skyscraper is not far from it.

Off the coast of Olympus are several small islands, some populated, some not. The most famous of these islands is called Heaven’s Beach and is where some of the most famous of heroes live.
