The Crimson Wolves

The Crimson Wolves are a subgroup of the organization commonly known as The Platinum Scavengers, the latter being dedicated to the stripping down and eradication of synthetic beings.

The Wolves in particular specialize in - as you might expect - tracking down and keeping an eye on known or suspected synths and cyborgs. They are also in charge of the creation, theft, and transfer of certain technologies.
