Enchanted Flag

Odd little items crafted by Star Ghosts, mostly for Pipe Man's use. They take the shape of small flags and pennants of various shapes, attached to sticks a few inches high. Each of them is decorated with a different pattern or symbol, and grants all kinds of magical boons from stronger kicks to fiery laser eyes. No one's quite sure how they work.
