One of three notable factions within the power structure of the vampires, the Pearl Court has always been the most physically violent of the courts; whenever they do gain power it is by murdering their way to the top in plans of assassination and political intrigue. Anywhere the death of a notable figure in vampire society is an 'accident' one can be sure the Pearl Court was involved.

Against the might of the Onyx Court, however, they hold little power. Back end deals don't hold up to physical power when it comes to the courts, though the Pearl Court is hoping to change that....
