Goron Country
The land controlled by the Gorons.
The law is rather lax in Goron Country, although it is expected that all Goron put in their maximum effort to keep the country afloat. Also, the mines are for Goron only; no other peoples are allowed to mine from there, even if it has been abandoned.
1000 Gorons, negligible amounts of other races
Rupees (R)
Roll racing, competitive rock-eating, competitive mining
Contains the entire Eldin region
Main exports are valuable gems (rubies, sapphires, topazes, amber, opal, luminous stones, and diamonds), iron, and steel, as well as Goron spice
Because the region contains the active volcano of Death Mountain, it is volcanic and unbearably hot with no distinct seasons or noticeable precipitation. All bodies of water contained within the region are hot springs with water temperatures that are unsuitable for most organisms.
Before 10,000 E.A.
Although the Gorons were displaced by the Great Flood, Death Mountain continued to erupt, and when the waters receded, the Gorons reestablished their home.
