Wet and cool most of the time. 85-90 in the western grasslands during the summer with afternoon rain, and lows in the winter of 0-35 in the winter. The further north the colder. The Highlands rarely get above 85 in the summer and can get to -5 in the winter around the capital. The north highlands can be frozen 6 months of the year.

The Kingdom of Uttara was founded by King Uttara after he inherited the land from his father and split off from his brothers. People have been settled in this land for eons.

Great War- when Oxyria split into Uttara, Navin, and Dakshin
Battle of Dunraven- when Navin invaded ten years after the split.
Gods War- Uttara helped defend Friar's Gate and Ataraxia against Dakshin, to help them keep their freedom.
Bradach's War- King Bradach III of Uttara raided both Navin and Dakshin when his country suffered from the loss of the Black Ravens.
