The structure is entirely stone. Inside walls are whitewashed stone, plaster, wood.

Front towers on the first and second floor have arrow slits, 3-5 tower floors have glass windows. Most private rooms have glass windows. The Northside of the castle has a wall with no windows. Inside the wall, the castle has glass windows.

10 private royal bedrooms, 5 for the ladies maids to the queen and princesses, 5 for the valet to the king and princes. 10 for maid staff. 7 for cooks and below-stairs staff, 6 for the groomsmen, and 7 courtier guest bedrooms.

4 private baths for royal family, 4 privies for royals. 3 baths for guests, 3 privies. 4 baths for castle staff, 4 privies. 1 bath, 1 privy for groomsmen.

Low crime directly around the castle

Spectacular views of the grasslands from the west side. Top floors have spectacular views of the Dakkur Bodden mountains.

The common people think of it as privileged to live/work near the castle. The wealthy prefer to live else were in the city and make a spectacle of going to court.
