Up to eighth grade (because that's what's free lol) and whatever else his parents/gang could teach him

His parents had him, rather miraculously: he was expected to die after childbirth because he was so smol and weak, poor boi. He grew up with his older brother Storm, but they grew apart when Pepper was about fourteen, when Storm began hanging out with a rival gang. Storm was destined to take over after Milo, but after his rebellious phase, Pepper was given the future role.
