Mordred, handsome and rumored to be Arthur's bastard cousin, is new to court but is garnering praise and acceptance due to his quick wit and subtle ways. Although Mordred rode out on hunts and quests from time to time, he was never widely considered a knight due to his illegitimate status. He has a talent for trading and investing in ways to make Camelot wealthier without drawing the ire of peasants or snubbing its nobles. He is well liked, but is still new enough to court that he can be underestimated. He also is very good at slowly working his way up the hierarchy of power -- taking advantage of every situation as it presents itself.
