She had amazing grades up to the fourth grade, which is when her mother remarried.
After that, her grades plummeted and she was barely able to stay in school.
She is currently in highschool.
Some small details about my history: I moved from a big city apartment and a run-down public school in the city to a small town in the midwest. I go to one of the local public schools and am a member of their award-winning Show Choir. I live in a smaller apartment with my mom. She usually isn’t home, so I pretty much live by myself.
Mom works at a high-end car dealership in New York, so she usually is in that beautiful city on trips for conferences or whatever. Only time she really comes around is to do her taxes on the kitchen counter where it is nice and quiet. My dad left me and my mom when I was little. I never have met him, and my mom immediately moved on to some douchebag named Dave. I always had a feeling that mom was having an affair with Dave before my dad left, but I never have been able to confirm that. As for siblings, I don’t have any that live with me. I have a stepbrother named Luke who lives with his dad in their big New York penthouse. I don’t really talk too him, but in every interaction, I’ve had with the shit he has been nothing but a pain in my side. Such an entitled brat.
I work my weekend mornings at a small coffee shop in town. It is pretty fun and the customers usually consist of nice old ladies and the occasional hyperactive teenager. Sometimes I will get classmates who come in and ask for discounts, but I usually just ignore them or make their coffee more expensive. At night on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays I work at a bar called the Lucky Teer. That job is a bit rougher. I like to work behind the counter making drinks cause there’s less work involved. But I do occasionally have to work as a waitress. Those days are the worst. Those nights usually end with me having to file a restraining order or calling the bouncer over too kick someone out. I don’t really want to work at the bar, but it pays well and I need to pay for the apartment.
She has a pet Chinchilla named Rufus. He is a kind soul, gentle and sweet. He lives in her room, in a cage. Though the cage is there he is rarely in it, as Rufus is able to run around the apartment freely because Alexia leaves the cage door open.
