She is very practical, reliable, hard-working, and dedicated. Sometimes her methodical and intellectualized approach to situations, and life in general, makes it hard for her to keep relationships, empathize, and relax. She has a detailed plan for basically everything she does in life, even for small things like getting groceries. She also has a high sense of morals.

She grew up in a household that valued fun over success, but this put her parents in a lot of difficult financial situations, so she never took after those beliefs. She always tried her hardest and put the most effort in so that she could succeed in her life and be more prosperous than her parents were. She never planned on getting married and having children (in fact she was very against it most of her life), but when she went to medical school, she met Neo De La Cruz and slowly fell in love. She changed her views on marriage and children, and started a family with him (though she only wanted one child). While they were very happy together in the beginning of their marriage, they soon drifted apart after Garret De La Cruz was born. They had to many differences when it came to raising him, and it nearly tore apart their relationship. Ana often coddled garret and offered him every bit of support she was capable of giving, while Neo wanted to let him figure everything out on his own, offering little to no support.
none
Spouses: Her realtionship with Neo started off good, but their differences in raising their child forced a wedge between them and everything went downhill from there. He used to accomodate her strange needs throughout the household (due to her OCD), but he stopped caring. They started arguing and fighting over the simplest of things, but put on a mask a happiness around Garret. They planned on getting a divorce once he turned 18.
-She eventually becomes a leader of The Citizens (reluctantly). She only decides to because the only other option is someone whose ideals are harmful to people
-Feels extremely guilty in the part she played in the apocalypse, even though it was against her will.

Friends: her and cult clicked quite quickly. They both are more on the introverted side and are strange in many of the same ways. He can bear with her nitpickyness and she can bear with his hypothetical rants. Neither of them need very much social interaction, so they don't talk often, but when they do, you'd assume they'd been friends their whole lives. They relate to each other on so many levels and it allows them to work very well with one another.
