He's cunning, and very smart and calculating. The world is a chessboard to Waylon, and he's the hand of God.

But it's not like Waylon is cold throughout. He cares deeply for those who don't cross his moral views.

For example, Waylon has a complicated relationship with his son (newborn). He loves him, but the fact that the baby is part elf disgusts him beyond imagination.

Waylon is very dedicated to his cause and willing to go to extreme lengths for it.
