Conceived on a vacation tryst basically, Fía has always lived in/near Soleád with her mother and their family. Her mother vied to have her recognized and raised in Tuvalla, unfamiliar with the less tolerant view of bastards held by the northern Mayadones. She is officially unrecognized by Llorus, but kind of an open secret like her little brother Pirus. Because of the custody debacle, all of Llorus's children know about Fía, but few if any had met her before Estus arrived in Soleád with the Family Kiria.

Technically, she should not be called 'Ne-Tuval,' as she is not officially recognized. But her mother insists upon it, and nothing Llorus could say would stop her from keeping up with the surname.
