Chokehold is 21 feet tall, making him slightly smaller than Stranglehold.

Chokehold is very obsessive, he hyperfixates on any given task that is given to him. Chokehold will abandon any pretense of subtlety in order to acomplish his goals.

• In the beginning, Chokehold merely viewed Io as another target. Besides the fact that she was the mutant bastard child of the Five Point Fool, she was unremarkable in all other respects.
  That was, until Chokehold was tasked by his superiors to hide out in the Sea of Ruin and ambush the presumably deceased Io, who had been both a prime candidate for Phoronean Mutations and Specter Mutations.
