• Ruinator knows that Missile-Mire isn't the most loyal to his cause; that he'd probably leave for some other faction at the drop of a hat if he found their offers more appetizing than his.
  Regardless, Ruinator also knows that Missile-Mire is extremely effective in his job as Ranged Sargeant Bombardier #1, and that thanks to his experience in the Peace Division, he has insight on how they fight as well as critical info that proved invaluable in Ruinator's many plays against the Peace Division. Missile-Mire is also much more cooperant with Ruinator's master plan than Kein Taxi, who more often than not deviates heavily from the plan, leading to complications.
  In terms of his personality, Ruinator isn't the biggest fan of Missile-Mire's gung-ho blowhard nature, but he's encountered a lot worse in the Alkaline Games. Ruinator will tolerate Missile-Mire's personality if he remains at least somewhat loyal to the RUINATION.
