Like all of The Six, she has no clue what her last name is. She's only referred to as "Grace" or "Number Five" or "Epoxy". Donovan yeeted their last names.

Grace has naturally dark brown hair, and due to the nature of her power, her hair is almost jet black.

Grace usually styles her hair up into two space buns on the top of her head with two braided pieces framing her face. The texture of her hair is coarse and coily. Occasionally, she might use a wig, but a majority of the time she prefers her natural hair.

She has wide, deep set eyes with all-black irises and pupils that look oil-spill in the light. The tops of her eyes have dripping black coloring around the curve of her eye. This coloring is inside of her eyes and a side-effect of her superhuman ability.
Grace likes using red and black eyeshadow with sharp eyeliner on them.

her lips are large and dark, usually worn with dark mauve or black lipstick. there's a small, barely notable gap between her front two teeth. Her tongue is all black.

Grace has pitch black scars on her cheeks and under her eyes, resembling tear tracks. She received them after her powers went awry when she was sixteen (shortly after she first got them).

Grace is a lover, not a fighter. She's never been one to fight, but rather open her heart to others and get to know them with a smile and soft words. Grace is naturally very quiet and usually fades into the background. She's not very confrontational and is happy to not input her opinions if it makes it easier for others. Her head is often stuck in the clouds, dreaming of a better life.

Grace is also a kind soul who gets sick at the thought of hurting others. With those she loves, Grace couldn't physically hurt them if she tried. Alas, her heart is too big and her soul is too kind for the profession of a stone-cold assassin.

Missions are always hard with Grace. She knows she has to kill the target, it's her job and it's her duty to Donovan, the man who has given her everything. She chooses to kill swiftly and as painlessly as possible to make it easier on herself and to limit the suffering of those she's tasked to kill.

Honestly, Grace hates herself for this. The rest of the Six are constantly berating her for her reluctance to kill and if she could, she would rather be emotionless.

If Grace has a goal, she will try to obtain it, but she'll do it in a slow, sneaking fashion. She won't ask for help and she'll try to obtain her goal completely under the radar. She's a decent liar, though she doesn't like to lie.

she grew up with her family as a devout christian, however, after her memories were erased she became agnostic and unsure

she finds the aspects of religion really fascinating. she's done plenty of research and tried praying a few times. frankly, she loves to hear about what others believe and share her ideas.

she loves jumbo shrimp gumbo, something about it tastes nostalgic and brings her back to better days, even though she can't remember said "better days." however, all gumbo she has doesn't quite taste right and she's determined to find the gumbo that finally tastes right to her.

Grace's favorite animal has to be sea otters, or just otters in general. they're so sweet and kind to each other and the fact that they hold hands with their partner while they sleep never fails to make Grace's heart skip a beat.

Grace loves her glass roses that she received as a present from Paisley when they were twelve. Grace had had a particularly rough night of training, but then there was a knock at her door and there were three glass roses on the floor outside of her door. Grace knew they were from Paisley. She's never brought it up.

The Scrap City of New Orleans, USA

she went to a public elementary school

after she was kidnapped when she was eleven, she received schooling from the tutors at Donovan Enterprises.

Grace was born to her parents in the Scrap City of New Orleans USA. Her parents worked a lot, so they were never really home and Grace's older brothers were at least 10 years older than her at the youngest. Grace spent a lot of her time in her grandmother's restaurant "May's Cajun Cooking".

Grace's grandmother, Mama Crystal, was so extremely kind to her. Mama Crystal was the one who listened to Grace without bias and was always there to be a shoulder to cry on. When Grace was eight, she didn't want to be a boy anymore. She told her grandmother this through tears and Mama Crystal said that she would always love Grace, no matter what. After that, Mama Crystal took Grace to get a new wardrobe and to change her name.

At the restaurant, Mama Crystal had a sous chef who was practically a grandson to her. His name is Dave and he loves Grace like a little sister.

Grace was kidnapped by Donovan Enterprises in the alley behind May's Cajun Cooking while taking out trash.

She was then experimented on, had her memories wiped and a spine of tar implemented in her back. Donovan honored her womanhood and gave her hormone therapy and allowed her to get face and gender-reassignment surgery when she was nineteen.

The Compound 1500 feet underneath Donovan Enterprises: Facility #16. Eastern Concordia in the Sonoran Desert.

After the events of Part One, Grace goes back to New Orleans after (with the help of Drew) figuring out her past.

She feels an odd sense of nostalgia upon arriving to the Scrap City of New Orleans. Everything is familiar, yet foreign. She knows she's been here, but she can't remember any of it. Nevertheless, she persists exploring the city with Felix and Drew in tow. Grace stops dead in her tracks, eyes falling upon May's Cajun Cooking, a Creole restaurant in the heart of the city. Grace enters with a haste.

"Didn't your mama teach you how to enter a building, girl?" A shout arises from the kitchen. Grace's heart feels like it's going to burst. Out of the kitchen comes a short woman with short cut gray hair in gaudy jewelry carrying a large gumbo pot. The woman lays eyes on Grace. The pot drops to the floor. Grace is immediately in the woman's arms. This woman is Grace's grandmother, Mama Crystal. Dave, Mama Crystal's sous chef and Grace's pseudo-brother figure emerges from the refrigerator only to nearly collapse upon seeing Grace's grown-up face. Now while Grace doesn't remember them, she knows that she knows them. They're her family.

With the help of Felix and Drew, she manages to tell Dave and Mama Crystal about what happened to her. Rightfully, they're furious with Donovan and if he wasn't dead, they would go kill him themselves. During this conversation, Dave's wife and his 9-year-old daughter enter the restaurant, stopping by to see Dave after they finished school.

Dave, through tears, tells his wife and daughter about his "little sister" Grace. The daughter's name is Ava Grace, after Dave's sister that disappeared without a trace ten years prior.

Grace decides to stay in New Orleans with her family, telling Felix and Drew to move on and start their own lives away from Donovan and it all. After living with her grandmother and brother for a year, Grace saves up enough money (from working at May's Cajun Cooking with her family) to get her own little apartment not too far from the restaurant.

She then hears rumors about the rough and tough guy who works at the auto body shop down the street. Grace steals Dave's bicycle and takes it in. The man's name is Antonio Ramirez and he doesn't want anything to do with Grace. Or anybody else in New Orleans for that matter. Nevertheless, Grace persists and stays with Antonio as he fixes up Dave's bike. She talks to him, he sometimes talks back. Grace returns the next week with Ava Grace's bicycle.

After doing this a few more times, Antonio finds Grace while she's at work, carrying a bouquet of assorted flowers and wearing his nice leather jacket. He asks Grace on a date right as she's taking somebody's order. Grace accepts with a smile.

From a small valve on the top of her spine, Grace can gush a pitch black molten hot, sticky, tar-like substance. It coats all over her body and can grow up to fifteen feet tall. The tar is extremely sticky and nearly impossible to get out of, strong and

Donovan was sick and tired of people blackmailing him and having competition so he started The Six Initiative to create six superhuman assassins to take out his enemies.

Paternal Great-Grandmother: May Evans
Grace never knew May Evans, but May is the namesake for Mama Crystal's restaurant and the one who made Mama Crystal into the kind, loving person she is so Grace always thanks May in her prayers for being such a kind person.

Paternal Grandmother: Mama Crystal
Grace had an amazing relationship with her Mama Crystal. Mama Crystal helped Grace through her transition and always gave Grace the best life advice. She was a spunky and commanding woman, but she always loved Grace with her entire heart. Grace learned how to cook and sew from her Mama Crystal.

Unnamed Mother and Father:
Grace was on fairly good terms with her parents before her abduction, but she never saw them all that much. Her parents were businessmen and humanitarians, trying their best to help the world after WW4. They were gone a lot, leaving Grace with her grandmother.

Biological brothers: Jamal, Booker, and Boston

They were all at least ten years older than her (Jamal being fifteen years older, Booker being twelve and Boston being ten), so Grace was never that close to them. They always felt a sort of brotherly protectiveness over her, though.

"Brother Figure": Daveed "Dave"

However, Mama Crystal's sous chef, Dave, has always been like an older brother to Grace. After school every day, Grace would go to her grandmother's restaurant and sit on the counter, watching Mama Crystal and Dave cook. Dave was always insanely kind to Grace and he taught her that loving will always reign supreme over violence and hate. Grace took this logic to heart and adapted it into her everyday life.

**"Niece": Ava Grace
Ava Grace is like a niece to Grace. She's Dave's nine-year-old daughter and was named after Grace.

Drew Donovan:
Drew and Grace have sort of a "secret friendship" going on. They both detest the lives they've been forced to live and crave a way out. Together, they work on finding an escape route. Grace often seeks out Drew at night to talk with him about whatever's going on in her life. Drew's a good listener. He's quiet and doesn't make fun of Grace for her kind soul. They joke around a little bit

Pazia Abbas:
Paisley and Grace have always been pretty close. Paisley is like an older sister to Grace and is very helpful to her. Grace is the only one out of The Six who Paisley is actually nice to. Grace and Paisley have a quiet friendship, not really talking and just quietly enjoying each others company.

Grace loves the idea of love. She's read all about it in books (particularly gothic literature) and she creates unrealistic fantasies in her mind. She knows deep down that these fantasies will never happen in real life, but she can dream.

Quality Time

Grace loves to just spend time with those she loves. Whether it be just sitting around and watching a movie, or going on a short walk through the park, Grace loves spending time with others.

Tonio Ramirez

Grace met Tonio after she returned to New Orleans to be with her family after the events of Part One. Tonio was the rough and tough auto body shop owner that everyone kind of held a stigma towards. However, Grace always being one to look a little deeper, took her "brother" Dave's motorcycle to the store and asked for Tonio to paint it for Dave's birthday. Instead of leaving, like all of Tonio's clients do, Grace decided to stay and watch Tonio work. She asked him questions, he responded when he felt like it. After the job was done, Grace then took in her bike. And then her "niece's" bike, and then her Mama Crystal's car. Every time, Grace stayed to watch Tonio work, and eventually Tonio found himself opening up a little bit to Grace. One day, Tonio came into May's Cajun Cooking with a bundle of roses and a flushed face. He offered the bouquet to Grace, she accepted them with a smile. They went out and started dating.

Grace is very soft, like usual, in a relationship and loves to show affection. She's very open and tries to get Tonio to communicate with her effectively. He's stubborn and emotionally stunted, Grace is patient and willing to take a lot of time. She knows how to read into things, to see the hidden "I love you"s in tone and to understand how hard Tonio is trying. He hasn't had a lot of people take a chance on him, Grace hasn't had a lot of support in her life. They just soft.
