Allegro is a lithe Galarian Linoone. His main fur color is white, with black streaks across his body. Allegro has red eyes, which are surrounded by a pattern that appears to be a shooting star. He has sharp teeth and an unusually bright red tongue lolling out of his mouth. He also has long, sharp claws. Allegro has one miscolored claw, on his left paw.
Red
Pokémon, Galarian Linoone
Incredibly fluffy, though he's also pretty thin and lithe
Allegro is quite similar to other Galarian Linoones. However, his tongue is an unusually bright red so that should help. He also has a miscolored claw on his left paw.
A quick and quirky little guy, Allegro tries to be really friendly. However, one just can't shake off the feeling he's secretly trying to get some money off of you. He acts rather suspicious, so most don't trust this sneaky fellow.
Allegro's mostly just motivated to prove his worth in the Outlaws. He doesn't want to be a burden due to him being younger. Allegro fears being kicked out and left on his own.
Quick, zealous, and clever, Allegro leaves quite an impression. At first glance, he's a cunning thief. Allegro always seems to be calculating his next move. He's a little aloof and puzzling, preferring to trick his enemies rather than facing them head-on. One might say he's constantly analyzing a situation, wondering about the best outcome for him. He's quite confident in himself and enjoys telling his robbing adventures with his fellow Outlaws. However, Allegro tends to do an overkill when tricking others. He bites more than he can chew, and can quickly get jealous. Allegro loves taunting his enemies, as he believes he can slip out of any situation.
As mentioned above, Allegro can get quite jealous. He overloads himself in an attempt to impress others and worries he'll get kicked off for being younger. Allegro relies heavily on his trusty Eviolite. Allegro is also weak to Bug and Fairy types. He also has an unfortunate 4x weakness to Fighting.
Allegro claims he has a lot of prejudices, although this is a clear lie. The only prejudice he has is those mean 'mons who chase him.
Allegro is a thief and a prankster. He has a knack for stealth and can fit almost anywhere. Furthermore, Allegro manages to appear in places he shouldn't be in... that includes fandoms. Everyone is still trying to figure out how he got into the WoF universe.
Allegro likes to rob others, and wouldn't hesitate to brag about it. He also likes picking locks, eavesdropping, pickpocketing, anD DRINKING CACTUS JUICE- just kidding, Artemis wouldn't let him drink strange stuff lol. Besides, cactuses don't even exist in Pokémon.
True neutral. Allegro doesn't care about the law. He only cares about his fellow Outlaws.

That is an excellent question
Allegro was homeschooled by his father, although that wasn't the /best/ education...
Allegro was born into a middle-class family. His mother passed away of sickness when he was young, so Allegro doesn't remember too much of his mother. His father, who was present when his mother died, made a promise to protect Allegro. While his father kept true to his word, both of them never really interacted with each other. His father was usually too busy trying to keep the family afloat to spent time with him.
Allegro spent most of his time exploring the city they lived in, which was Woodhurst. It was a rather poor town in the Grass Continent, home to thieves and crooks. Allegro liked to trick other 'mons around his age, running away whenever they started to chase him. This angered Allegro's father, and he often grounded the Galarian Zigzagoon. However, Allegro did had a reason to stay behind- he had a best friend and her name was Vigil the Rockruff. They met each other at daycare when they were young, and Allegro would look up to this insanely cool, older Rockruff. To him, Vigil was like an older sister.
Sadly for the two, Vigil's family had decided to move to another town. Allegro cried and begged his father and Vigil's family to let him come, but both of them refused. With teary eyes, Allegro watched as Vigil boarded a train and left for a better life. Life went on, although Allegro felt lonelier than ever.
The older Allegro aged, the more restless he became. What was the point of leading a pointless life in a weary town? After some thinking, Allegro left Woodhurst, assuming his father wouldn't care.
He barely etched a mile in his travels when he realized he accidentally entered a mystery dungeon. Allegro was suddenly attacked from all sides. Hope seemed bleak until a group of masked Pokémon chased away the inhabitants of the mystery dungeon.
"Yeesh, be more careful where you tread," chuckled a Zoroark, while a Luxray joined her side.
"You seem a little too young to be on your own," commented the Luxray. "How about you join us?"
Allegro joined the Outlaws and stayed with them for a week or two. A month passed and Allegro encountered a shivering Lycanroc Midnight. Although he was terrified, he was desperate to prove himself and attacked the Lycanroc. Surprisingly enough, both of them were at an equal match. However, the Lycanroc managed to take the upper hand of the battle and Allegro was beginning to panic. With no other options, he started to blurt out the lyrics to Don't Stop Me Now. The Lycanroc stopped, tilting her head to the song.
"Allegro?" the stranger questioned.
"What are you doing here?"
Allegro was reunited with Vigil. Excited, Allegro led her back to the Outlaws, and is residing there as of now.

"So is it a deal, a seal, or a meal?"
"Are you an ARR pirate or a YO HOO pirate?"
"Hey, kid- I'm on a mission. If you tell me the layout of the house, I can sneak in and tell ye everything I know."
King from The Owl House
Allegro's based off Peter Parker (MCU) and Qibil (WoF)! So if you're wondering why these three are a little similar, that's probably why :>
Allegro is impossibly fast at eating
Current member of the Outlaws
yes
(just kidding, Allegro's stuck between marigold yellow and neon green)
Any sweet berry works
Allegro's trusty Eviolite (although I do regret to inform him the item will become useless to him once he evolves into an Obstagoon)
His moveset?
(Knock Off, Double-Edge, Taunt, Parting Shot)
Obstagoon. He greatly admires the latter and is excited to evolve.
Job? Pfft, Allegro has no job. Perhaps 'robber' will count? I highly doubt that-
Unnamed father (Neutral negative) - The two never really interacted, due to his father being too busy. He does remember his father patting him on the forehead whenever he was tucked into bed. Allegro eventually ran off, thinking his father wouldn't even notice. He refers to his dad as "Pops."
Unnamed mother (Neutral) - Allegro never knew his mother since she died when he was young. Allegro often catches himself wondering how his life would've been different had his mother survived. Of course, he brushes this off and tries not to think about it too much.
Vigil (Positive) - Allegro first encountered Vigil at a daycare. The two quickly became best friends, despite their personality differences clashing from time to time. To Allegro, Vigil was insanely cool with the way she cast her chin down and was like an older sister to him. He even tried to copy her and lean against a wall- didn't work out too great for him. Long story short, Vigil was similar to an older sister. Allegro use to annoy Vigil by begging her to help him remember the lyrics to Don't Stop Me Now. When Vigil was moving away, Allegro begged her parents to let him come with them when they were moving away, but to no avail. Allegro later managed to find Vigil and the two are currently on positive terms.
Outlaws (Positive) - Allegro joined the Outlaws when he ran off from home. Although his welcome was a little rough, Artemis, the leader, made sure he felt right at home. Allegro became friends with most of the Outlaws. He became comfortable to the point where he would gloat about his stolen treasures. Of course, some of them (like Necromancer) would get annoyed with Allegro or give him a stink eye whenever he showed off a berry he claimed he found (he really didn't) but they love him otherwise.
Jaunt (Neutral positive) - Allegro doesn't like doing what Jaunt says, but he respects xem and usually does the job. Sometimes, Jaunt gives Allegro praise, which can set Allegro into a good mood.
Artemis (Positive) - Allegro looks up to Artemis as if she's his mentor. The two can be found plotting crafty tricks to play on others, and usually has a good time.
Eighth (Negative) - Allegro likes to annoy Eighth simply to get a reaction out of them. Eighth, on the other talon, does not like this at all. Instead of getting insulted by their remarks, Allegro only finds joy in them.
