The burned imprint of numbers on her neck marks her as a prisoner of Ma'luum.
White
She wore elegant clothes, specifically the blue and black dresses she was known for. After Ma'luum's destruction, she strays away from overalls, wooden or leather shoes, and anything in the shape of a star.
Now that she's able to dress herself again, she's gotten more comfortable with modern fashion. When at home, she dresses comfortably and when outside of the house, she dresses regally.
Her skin is seemingly flawless, save for a large scar down her spine.
One would never be able to tell by the woman's lithe appearance that she's built like a brick house. Instead she seems to be a physical toned human but nothing more. Her face is a perfect oval, seeming molded rather than born with the features of a woman and yet not.
Her hair is a wavy, sun-kissed golden blonde. It took years to regain the shine it had lost in Ma'luum. Now it's vibrant - with several individual white hairs, a result of extreme stress. Her eyes are an unwavering, glowing pool of cyan that radiates even in the darkest of rooms.
However, it should be noted when meeting Cibella, her species will be a mystery to everyone but her - mages and vampires included.
In the first instance, she comes across as extremely quiet and reserved person. Only after you get close to her will you have a proper conversation, rather than simple monologues. She moves deliberately and is as steady as the 'Rock of Gibraltar'. Once she has made up her mind, it is impossible to move her even slightly. If you leave her alone, she will come across as a very easygoing person.
Push her somewhat and she becomes stubborn. Still trying to make her budge, beware of the violent temper. She is hardly impulsive and never gets angry without a reason. In fact, she has the perfect control over her emotions. However, when Cibella does get angry, it is better not to get in the way or you are bound to get trampled. The anger also takes time to come down. She is quite attracted to the opposite sex, but attracting people to herself seems more preferable to her.
She has proven to be resourceful and observant; nothing goes unnoticed by her watchful eye. Cibella has been known to sneak potions from the officers to keep for herself, just in case. It's a skill she has developed with time and lots of practice. When she has friends, everything she has is open to them. She is dependable, strong, patient and trustworthy.
» Despite her lithe figure, Cibella is built like a brick house. She is capable of exerting two thousand pounds of force to an object or being. Thus, fitness is important to her; she has a morning and evening routine for workouts and practice.
» For unknown reasons, the species of the Harvenhight family has always been difficult to discover. She is able to blend in a crowd with other supernatural species mistaking her for a human. Normally, unless one sees her Change, they have no idea what she is.
» Extremely resourceful.
» Enigmatic. Cibella tends to play with her cards close to her chest and she's almost loathe to share them. But because of this, it's almost impossible for her to let someone in completely.
» Magic is a weakness of every were creature, and Cibella is no exception. She is particularly susceptible to fire, magic or otherwise.
» Stubborn - Once she sets her mind on something, it's rare for her to be budged away from it.This has led to many a feud and the burning of many, many bridges. She can, however, be swayed with reason.
» Survivalist - There have been many trials and obstacles in her life, but none were as all encompassing and live-changing as Ma'luum was. She had been locked away in Ma'luum for the last twenty years, dubbed lost by her brother Jubei and believed long dead. She was in group after group, trying to survive until finally, she gave up on partnering up with others in the camps. Other people put her at risk. For this reason, Cibella sees every situation in the same light; if the cons outweigh the pros, she will not do it. If she can smell crazy, she'll stay away from it. Whatever is needed to stay alive and preserve her sense of self, she will do it
» Paranoid - Due to being a victim of Ma'luum, everything could be seen as a potential danger. She will never sit somewhere in the open - always by the nearest exit or escape route. She is a light sleeper, and will startle at the slightest noise; if it's loud enough, she'll get up and search the house, the yard, and lock the doors with several different locking mechanisms. If she suspects that someone may want or have reason to use her in some way, she severs ties with that person.
» Insomnia - Thanks to her paranoia, Cibella often has a hard time staying asleep. This can hinder her reflexes.

Some old kingdom in ancient Europe
She doesn't have a modern education. But as the daughter of a noblehouse of her time, she was taught to read and write, as well as how to do finances and survive on her own. Cibella has always been a survivalist, more than capable of getting by when left to her own devices without the need for modern tools or technology.

Cibella Harvenhight is the daughter of the noble Harvenhight House and is next in line to succeed her father, born in the 1300s during the Dark Ages. Her younger brother Jubei, who is almost an identical twin, was her best friend until he turned 17 - at which point he entered the Royal Guard that existed at the time. Cibella was brought up as all nobles are - traditional, elegant, and well tempered - with a wild traditional family secret. No one knows it except for the family members themselves.
She was an adapt swordswoman with a strong arm, and an even stronger affinity for magic. Her treasured sword Zoysite is a weapon of her own craft; it's twin is Havengir, which she gifted to her brother. Cibella opened up a prominent business centered on enchantments and other magical items and crafts, under the name Panacea. Panacea employed prominent witches and others who excelled in magic, each with different specialties, as the shop expanded to include enchantments of all kinds (including custom, which could be made in the shop at the customer's request) and enchanted crafts (which were in the same section; this included weaponry), magical items, potions, and base items - including runes made by the shop owners. The first Panacea is the most famous, as Cibella's enchantments were the best around. She expanded further to include blacksmithing and forges. In all, it became a booming business. The first two years were difficult; she lost her mother, and her father was never the same afterward.
The Harvenhight family moved to the Northern United States sometime in the 1900's, where their father threw himself into the US military with Jubei. Cibella was listed as a member of the reserves. In 1970, she hired Lukin to be her personal adviser. The twin's father passed in 1971 in the war.
Lukin seemed a clever, well mannered man who was also of noble descent. He became her go-to man in the absence of Jubei and their father. Although she aimed to keep their professional relationship, they bonded as friends until the line between business, friendship, and love became blurred. She had been smitten with him in the center of her success, which she gave Lukin some of the credit for. Businessmen the world over offered millions to open more of her shops throughout the world, but Cibella refused. That made Lukin angry. He tried to convince her to reconsider, but the woman would not budge... After all, a booming business would mean less time to look after her father. After the pair became engaged, Lukin began to use her noble name to make business deals behind her back. She was unaware of Lukin's plans when she was summoned to fight in the Vietnam war on behalf of the USA, following the death of her father.
A day after Cibella was shipped out to fight the good fight, Lukin took up a business deal to have Panacea opened across the globe. His plan was to sell Panacea's stock of magitech and other magical items to the military in the United States for the ongoing war in Vietnam. Panacea's success was... Mild, largely based on the use of Bjorn. Lukin found that he couldn't use his fiancé's gauntlets, and could not create new items. However, it was not the US that purchased the business's magical weapons and potions. It was a woman named Shago Shadow. Her purpose for buying the items were unknown, but whatever that reason was, she returned a year later to buy out the business - which Lukin happily agreed to.
When she returned at the end of 1975, she discovered that the man she had once thought the world of had back-stabbed her. Lukin sold her off to Wolfsbane at a high price for being what she was. Things called Gnolls entered, tried to capture her. The war veteran did not go without a fight; 6 of the 7 gnolls were taken out when a large red one appeared, stepping over Lukin, who had been caught in the skirmish. She was overpowered by him, had schloss braces snapped onto her wrists to render her powerless, and carried off to the carriage outside, where one of the Cult's Commanders' left Lukin his share of the profit in his chambers.
She wasn't the only captive. The wagon they tossed her into had over 15 others crammed into the back, a single Gnoll seated in front of them, his furry back against the cab. Some were crying. Others dirty and bruised, the rest terrified and silent. "Where are you taking us?" Cibella demanded of the gnoll, who looked at her and grinned impishly. "Ma'luum." No one knew what 'Ma'luum' was. Her other questions went unanswered.
They stopped several hours later, and the gnoll blindfolded each of them before hauling them out of the wagon. She smelled others. Hundreds of them. Maybe a thousand other captives. Officers and Gnolls were less than half that. They were taking rollcall. Once rollcall was complete, everyone loaded back into their wagons - stalled only for those that attempted to rescape. She could hear him turn and bolt away from the officer, and the heavy footfalls that echoed after him in hot pursuit. Her caravan sat in silence, leaving the sounds of a savage "animal" attack behind them.
Next was a train, where captives (called 'prisoners' by the officers) were packed in cars like sardines for hours. Days. Who knew how long. They were without water, food and facilities for a long period of time. Cibella was forced into the corner when the feeding frenzy started. When the train stopped at its destination, Cibella emerged with two others out of over fifty. Each of the prisoners were fitted with striped camp fatigues, no underwear, and wooden shoes without socks, most of the time ill-fitting, causing great pain. They were also given colored stars, and branded with a number - a number that was to become their new identity. Ma'luum did not recognize its prisoners as individuals deserving of basic human rights. They lived in piss poor conditions, were underfed and malnourished, overworked and constantly fatigued, abused verbally and mentally and taken advantage of. Women were treated worse thean men, forced to bleed out like animals - if they experienced the cycle at all. After 2 years, Cibella could no longer menstrate. It were as though she was no longer a woman.
She was in group after group, craving companionship and love. All of them died and eventually, she stopped trying. Ma'luum was a nightmare. But the rest of the place was nothing compared to Officer Akasha's camp. Akasha made Ma'luum a living hell, but luckily Cibella went ignored... Until a certain group of people arrived. Sophia. Niki. Freya. Xio. Firia and Firis Cefalu. Anahita and Cathetal Tithiros. Allu. She did her best to pay them no mind and stay out of their buisness, but fundamentally, she couldn't overlook their hardship. She stepped in to protect them. All it took was the pleading eyes of an eight year old boy to get her to stay. Children were... Rare in the camps, normally killed with their mothers upon entering Ma'luum.
When they became known as the Gnoll Killers, things took a turn for the worst. Her life hasn't been the same since.
A year ago, she escaped from the Bloodmare's and the reine. She finally escaped... Running as far and as fast as her legs would carry her, a run bag strapped to her back. She's been laying low until a month ago, where she's slowly starting to integrate herself back into society, in the unknown haven of Snow Haven.
Her mother, Carmine Harvenhight, was a classy woman that grew accustomed to a certain lifestyle attained by her husband (and the twins' father), Roy Harvenhight. Her twin brother Jubei Harvenhight was her best friend. The two were attached at the hip until Jubei joined the guard. She hasn't seen him since being captured by the Cult of Bane.
On her mothers' side, she has 4 aunts, 10 uncles and over 14 nieces and nephews. Her fathers' side was larger, 30 members strong the last she knew of. After the Dark Ages, the Harvenhight House was splintered, though Cibella knows not where. It's possible that she could be the last surviving member of her house, as the Harvenhight's made the bulk of a group called the Band of the Wolf. Most members were killed in territorial battles with neighboring Kingdoms.
Cibella has never owned any pets.
Weretiger
9 Lives - This is an ability special only to the Harvenhight family. The Harvenhight's are a family of white tiger "werewolves" (or simply "weretiger"), a kind of beast so rare among their kind that they are thought to be the only ones in the world to those that know anything of them at all. All of the Harvenhight weretigers, Cibella included, have not one - but nine lives. Meaning, they can die a total of nine times before they are dead for good.
Not even the Harvenhight's themselves know why this is so. It is a well kept family secret. Unless they bare witness to it, anyone outside the family - supernatural or no - does not know of this.
Wounds can be fatal and will usually only ever cost one life (if any)... But it is possible for them to sustain a wound so terrible that their body is unable to heal, causing the use of all nine lives at one time. Fortunately, this fate is rare for the family. However, while a member of the Harvenhight house may live slightly over a thousand years of age, the 9 Lives trait does not extend their life any further. Every year after 1,000 sheds off one of the nine lives. Thus, they will only live a total of 1,009 years.
In combat or for tactics, this ability can be essential or even mission critical as they can lose one life and come back.
Due to her abnormally long stay in Ma'luum, Cibella only has five lives left.
Bull's Strength: Cibella has strength about ten times greater then her racial average, to the point of being able to physically lift vehicles as if they were a branch with ease.
Tough Skin and Hard Bones: The skin of this lycanthrope is amazingly tough; hard to cut or bruise, and absorbs physical damage excellently, though seems quite vulnerable to magic. Similarly, her bones are thought by many to be unbreakable and very tough. Couple this with her muscles, and this woman would be very hard to bring down without strong magics. Physical attacks can be shrugged off.
Earth Shaking: She can shape the earth to her will with ease.
Stampede: Some members of her noble house were warriors that trained in a skill that involved hardening their body and rushing forward at high speeds, barreling through everything in their path. Add a spear in hand and it is no wonder Harvenhight soldiers were considered incredibly dangerous. Cibella is no exception.
The members of the Harvenhight house are an extremely rare beast among werebeasts - white tigers.
Cibella's two front fangs are much larger than the average tigers, measuring to about 6 inches long. And rather than yellow, the beasts' eyes retain an oceanic blue color - though much brighter.
The white weretiger stands at 9' tall, weighing in at several hundred pounds. Her claws are 2 inches long.
As one would expect, Cibella has extreme trust issues - especially towards men. Although lonely and needing some kind of human connection, her distrust and dislike for other people has created a giant wedge between her and any possible relationships she might have. It'll take someone with a lot of love and patience to have any hopes of earning her friendship, let alone develop any kind of romantic relationship.
Zoysite is Cibella's treasured sword, enchanted with the element of ice. It has a chance to freeze her target upon any strike. The ice can be broken out of in about seven seconds... If one manages to survive that long.
At all times, she has at least 3 enchanted rings on her person. She has several more, too many to name, that cover every possible scenario she may encounter - and she has them out of sheer paranoia.
Cibella is the first familiar that Fallon Bloodmare has ever bonded to her. Fallon knows that she's in Alaska and is close to Snow Haven through their bond, but has not yet probed to find her. This may soon change.
After running away to Snow Haven, Cibella took to the woods where she lives off of the grid. For the first year, she lived out of a tent while offering enchanting services to the local populace, and selling crafts such as necklaces and other things that she'd made from materials in the woodlands. During the second year, she was able to re-establish her business of Panacea and has been doing fairly well for herself.
Since then, Cibella has purchased a plot of land in the woods and has built a cabin, as well as other facilities that she may need. She also has a greenhouse on her property, powered by solar panels, from which she grows all of her crops, spices included. She also hunts her own meals and very rarely goes out to eat at restaurants.
Through Bjorn, the property is enchanted to keep out unaware humans and encourage others - unless they have her permission to enter her territory - to turn around.
