How are you feeling?
You guys have been really quiet everything OK?)
(I’m trying to keep my sanity in check…)
(I was sick, yeah, but starting today I feel much better :) Sorry to worry you)
(I’m trying to keep my sanity in check…)
(What's wrong? Do you want to talk about it? I mean, you're probably asleep by now, but maybe later?)

(I'm all good now, I was just at a party last night and there was karaoke. Let's just say that the people there can't sing and my ears were bleeding)
(oof….yeah, sounds like a time all right.)
(Yup, it was one hell of a party)
(Sounds like real big fun…)
(Yup…)
(well, anyway, shall we get back to the rp? Unless people are tired of it? I'm fine either way)
(I'd like for it to keep going unless you guys are sick of it)
(we could maybe try refreshing it if we want?)
(Well I kinda like the way it's going now if you guys do. We could speed it up a bit and get to the place where Celina's being held if that works better?)
(yeah sounds great to me)
(Sweet. Hang on, lemme figure out where we where)
(They're in Western Canada and esmes blind)
Esme stood up and sort of felt her way across the void until she had enough room to open up another portal. "Western Canada somewhere. You guys will have to help me check out the terrain when we get there, I can't see so good anymore."
There you go
(Ah thank-you ^^)
Once Esme got the portal open wide enough for all of them to step through, Luke was the first one out, scanning the terrain warily. "Looks deserted. Watch your step though, there's some deep snow and we're pretty high up." She shaded his eye and glanced at the view below him. "Looks like we're on the side of a real mountain now."
Nathan clapped his hands together. "Alright." He tightened his coat around him and looked round. "I think I see some buildings. We're going to have to walk from here, Esme, you have to save your strength."
“Nathan’s right, we don’t want you passing out on us or something…” Maddie said tugging her tee around her body for warmth.
Luke squinted at the distant cabin. "What if the people that live there are unfriendly?"
Esme's hand found Nathan's shoulder and she managed to steady herself, rubbing her eyes as the icy wind bit into them. "It's probably just an outpost. If anyone's there, the four of us can take them without much trouble. We'll have to be quick and quiet though, so we don't raise the alarm. And if it's a Lucem….we'll just have to be extra careful."
“Well let’s just hope that they’re friendly then, if there’s anyone there.” Maddie raised her hand against the wind, eying up the cabin.
Luke trotted forward, making the deep snow look like nothing. "I'll go ahead and scout it out. Watch your backs, kay?" With a skid and a hop, he was out of sight over the silvery drifts.
Nathan sighed. He pulled Maddie closer to him, "We have to stay warm, even with these coats." He inhaled the sharp cold air and looked towards where Luke had disppeared. "And now we wait." He turned his head towards Esme. "How's your vision?"
Esme rolled up her sleeve, exposing a bandage wrapped around her wrist. She untied it and used it to cover her eyes, wincing as the coarse material touched the wound. "It'll come back once this cut stops bleeding, but it won't be perfect. Not for…a long time." She cursed. "Of all the days to run into a Spasm. I wanted to be at full power when we got to our destination, but now that plan is shot. We'll just have to make do, I guess."
