Sofie woke to the smell of pine. She blinked open her eyes and tried to make her head stop pounding. What… Where am I? she thought, confused. Tall conifer trees loomed above the silver wolf. The ground was peaty and soft. How did I get here?
(I am being super descriptive but you guys don’t have to)

(Oh I can just post it on Webtoons lol XD tysm!)
Riverpaw stirred, her fur ruffled by a slight breeze. She put her paws over her face, then gasped and raised her head when she realized that she wasn't in her home. She looked around worriedly; instead of a vine-hidden burrow, she was laying in a shallow dip under some thick tree roots. Oh, Stars. What's happening? She wasn't dreaming - she'd know if she was dreaming - but she couldn't remember leaving her and her sister's burrow.
The sun made shadows on the ground and reflected off of the stream that tumbled along nearby. Sofie had no idea what was going on. Shakily, the she-wolf rose to her feet. Her head continued to throb painfully. Ugh! How do I make it stop? Shaking her head, Sofie wandered to the stream and lapped up the cold water. It quenched her thirst but did not relieve the hunger she felt.
(Ahhh, yay! I love descriptive RPs: it turns them into stories and makes them so much more fun!! Thank you!)
Lia stiffened as an unfamiliar smell entered her world, She opened her eye's to find more then just an unfamiliar smell but an unfamiliar world. She stretched leaning back on her paws, she tested the bark under her feet with her claws, this was not the right tree, this was not the right air. She observed her surroundings, not far from the branch she had woken up on was a small stream, the air lacked the crisp smell of snow and pine. What it did not lack was, Lia stiffened and hissed, Wolf.
Riverpaw took a deep breath as she sat up. She sniffed the air, but she couldn't make out any of the new scents, especially with the haze clouding her startled mind. She shook her head and staggered as she stood up. Where am I? She slowly crawled to the edge of the dip and peeked out through the tree roots; straining her ears, she could hear the faint trickle of water, then she tried sniffing the air again but could only smell the earthy scents of the forest. She glanced around before cautiously making her way from the tall conifer, following the water sound.
Sofie heard a sound, almost like hissing. It was probably just the pine needles clacking together in the breeze. The silver wolf sat beside the stream and watched little fish dart by like lightning. Lightning… Suddenly, Sofie’s headache stopped. She’s couldn’t remember what happened and how she got here but “lightning” seemed like a key word. She padded back to the tree she had woken up next to and tried the air for any scent of food. Unfortunately, the only thing she could smell was the usual forest scent. And something else… feline?
Riverpaw peered between some trees, finally seeing the source of the sound and smell of freshwater. Careful of any nearby creatures, she found a shaded spot at the stream's edge and leaned down to drink. Once she was done, she took another whiff of the air. This time, her nose caught something… It smelled like another wolf - or some kind of canine, bigger and maybe older than herself - but she couldn't be sure with her senses still jumbled the way they were. She lay on her stomach and rested her head between her paws, angled down so she could lap up some more water. Maybe it would help clear the fuzziness in her mind.
Lia felt her hairs stand on end as another wolf appeared, the first wolf seemed to have caught her scent, Lia contemplated risking an encounter and reliving the pounding head ache she was sure the cold water of the stream could heal.
Sofie sat down, alarmed. She could smell another wolf. It was just a pup, so no reason to be scared. But how would Sofie explain the wings on her back? Sighing, the silver wolf decided it would be best to wait and see if the pup came closer. She can probably help me.
Riverpaw sighed, lifting her head again and looking around more carefully. She closed her eyes and focused, feeling the energy around her becoming less hazy; there was definitely another, older wolf, as well as something that smelled like wildcat. She stood and shook the dirt from her fur, then tread along the stream until she came to a clearer opening in the trees. The wolf scent was stronger here. They didn't smell hostile, but you never know. She stayed low in the shadows of the trees, looking for a safe way through.
Sofie sat beneath the pine tree and closed her eyes. There wasn’t much she could do. Wandering wouldn’t help much and would probably just get her into more trouble. There wasn’t a lot of undergrowth so finding food would take a lot of time and energy. There was a field nearby, Sofie could see it through the trees. I guess wandering really is my only option… She stood up and padded deeper into the forest.
(Just so you know, I’m not very good at drawing cats…)
Okay, so I published the drawings on webtoons.com
You’ll just have to look up SofieTheWolf13 and go to the latest episode of Uncolorful
😅 Sorry for all of the trouble but hope you like it!
