How the hell did he shoot an ox with my gun? And bring it into the house? Elise questioned, but then remembered this particular acquaintance was superhuman. Her breathing was suddenly too loud, and she opened her mouth and looked up in an effort to make it less thundering. However, this technique only resulted in more dust in her mouth.
Havenwood glanced around, using common sense and walked into the next room. "Look, I know you're here." He shut the door and noticed his picture on the bed. He walked over and lifted it up.
Heart pounding terribly, Elise wondered what he'd do if Havenwood discovered her laying there. Would he beat her? Throw her out? Both? Or by some slim miracle, just glare at her with such intensity that she was sent straight down below?
Havenwood backed up a little. "Come out, please." Havenwood turned to put the picture back and kneeled so that he face her from under the bed.
Elise gulped, and scooted to the far side of the wall, not meeting his eye.
"You can't hide from the God of Hunting. Come on out. I won't hurt you."
(Nighty night, can't post till tomorrow! You can post as much as you want but I won't be able to respond until tomorrow. Goodnight my fellow writer!)
(Uugh I'll be offline until 8 PM EST because of Band)
(Also, thanks for your compliments on Sly and I's RP. I really don't think I'm a good RPer and seeing stuff like that really helps boost my confidence.)
"You can't hide from the God of Hunting. Come on out. I won't hurt you."
"Maybe if you moved your mass away from the only exit, I would. Logic, mon ami." Elise still didn't meet his eyes.
"There's plenty of room for you to shimmy by," Havenwood replied sarcastically.
Elise grunted and moved her leg, only for it to collide into Havenwood's chest. "See? Move it."
Havenwood rolled his eyes and scooted back a couple feet.
She rolled out from under the bed, getting up to brush off the dust bunnies. Still, she didn't meet his eyes.
"I…wasn't supposed to be in there. You're mad at me, aren't you?"
Havenwood shrugged. "Humankind is naturally curious."
"You're not mad at me, then? Huh. I expected you to throw me off the mountain or something." Elise risked a glance upward.
Havenwood glanced away from her. "I never specified your boundaries. You get a warning."
"What can I possibly do that was worse than that? You threatened me about this room!" Elise strided out, plopping on the couch.
(Alive I am. Roleplay I shall)
Havenwood shook his head and followed her out of the room. "I don't know why you're getting worked up."
Elise froze. She blinked twice, then looked at him.
"Your things were in there. Especially the pict…your things were in there. I assumed you didn't want me in there. At all."
