(I get it. Nobody knows Nix's, Emerse or Sutechi's name.)
(By the way, I'm sorry for not waiting for you, Not Denki.)

(It's all good, just had a bit of a tough time responding because so much was happening.)

"Make sense of what? Answers to what questions? And take advantage of me?" Leila repeats, confused.

"I understand most people avoid this place. Anybody that stays near me too long winds up dead from mana poisoning. It happens to everyone. Except Sardoth." she says bitterly.

She returns to the others and stands off to the side slightly.

"Introductions." she says carefully.

(That's fine.)

Nix really didn’t care about what was happening, and was just glad to not have any guards chasing them anymore. They blinked in surprise when the small girl disappeared though, and went to sniff the place where she had previously been, chittering inquisitively. When she reappeared, they jumped back, their blue eyes flashing.

Arcturus kept his eyes closed, still focusing hard. Make sense of what's happened- how we got here, why you grabbed us, what dream you mean. And I mean answers like, where are we? Why US in particular? And yes, we're not going to take advantage of your sadness to try to get favors or… or make you do things or… or whatever else. His eyes fluttered for a second as he processed the information. You're that powerful. I wondered what I was feeling. He thought quickly, trying to figure out what he should do, before he heard Orome's voice once more.
Help, Arcturus.
That settled it for him. He reached out again. Just know we're here to help however we can. He felt, more than heard, her come back into the room, and opened his eyes as she spoke.

She raised a brow jumping a little when she reappeared infront of the room, she let out a sigh.
"It's…Stubs. just call me Stubs ya here?' She spoke as she leaned her head on her metal hands as they Perched on her metal knees.
He raided a brow at both the reappearing small girl, and then the lady in the corner who called herself stubs, or had them call her stubs.
Strange name.
"Well. I suppose introductions are in order." He cleared his throat, "I'm Asato Sutechi, but you can just call me Sutechi, or make up a Nickname as long as it's not insulting." He scratched at his stitches on his neck.

Bane whimpered quietly for a few seconds before calming himself down. Arcturus’ magic had finally kicked in, but it was mostly of the hound’s own volition. Bane was absorbed of thoughts and words of his father, trying to fight back so he could listen to the other gentle reassurances. Were they sure it wasn’t his fault? It couldn’t have been. As far as he knew, peoples emotions made them do strange things—like disappear. His emotions were making him freak out internally. The hounds fluffy tail was swaying back and forth quickly, his mind racing and staring off into the distance. They’re right. Everything will be okay. You’re not screw up or odd. Father was just some dumb, incompetent— The return of Leila snapped him out of his mind, twitching a little in surprise. Bane had dug his claws into the meat of his hand. Frowning, he removed his claws and looked around warily. Blood welled up at the site of the wounds, running down his palm. It was cold to the touch and startled him severely “Introductions? Well, I’m Bane Malice and I can shapeshift into a cuddly wolf form.. maybe not so cuddly if I’m covered in blood and chewing on someone’s severed hand.” The Hellhound sighed, his onyx brown eyes glowing a slight amber. His right eye had a little blue slice parting the brown, but evidently, it also had the strange claw scars.

Bane rested his hands in his lap, quietly watching the wine he’d spill puddle into a mass of red liquid. His tail bounced side to side, then it ceased its movement and curled tightly around Bane’s hip. The hound wanted to shadow travel out of he library to save face, but he remained. Not particularly for the others, but rather one or two people. He liked watching the goblin’s odd quirks and appreciated Sutechi’s reassurance, but other than that, he didn’t have many options on the group. Eventually, he would be able to make friends with them, but for now, he needed to stick close with his inner self. At least until everyone trusted that he wouldn’t go insane on them— and potentially rip them to shreds. Bane shook his head. I hate being a Hellhound sometimes. No one likes a Hellhound.

Leila nods and thinks as each person introduces theirself, then turns to Nix and bends down slightly.

"And do you have a name?" she asks quietly.

Arcturus looked around, watching as they all gave their names.
Stubs. Interesting name for a girl with prosthetic limbs.
He spoke up softly after Sutechi introduced himself. "Stitches." An appropriate Nickname. I think.
Bane still seemed agitated, but he was slowing down a little, which was good. His introduction marked him as nervous though, which was on odd reaction from potentially the strongest creature in the room.
Maybe that's exactly why he's nervous…
He waited as Leila asked the goblin their name. Quite the eclectic group she's gathered here…

Nix’s ears twitched. Studying Leila, their eyes flickered around. They took their finger and pointed to their chest. “Nix,” they said, in that thin, scratchy voice. Then they looked around at the others, scratching their head and looking as if they were matching names with faces.

Leila smiles.

"I like that name. I'm Leila. That means 'mirror' in Ascendant." she says, producing a small silver mirror and handing it to the goblin.

She straightens and turns to the others.

"You have questions. Ask, one at a time."

(Lol, makes sense. She handed them a mirror made of the shiniest metal possible.)

@Anxietyfilledcinnamonroll group

Bane looked up at the girl, snapping out his little trance. His tail started to sway side to side as many questions infiltrated his mind. Why did this girl drag us here? Can we go home..wait no, I don’t want to go home. Scratch that. He shook his head, curious eyes on the disappearing and reappearing girl. “Who are you?” The hounds voice was gruff, a strong rasp behind his vocals. When the silver of the mirror catches his eye, he growled, inching away from Nix. Silver. A weakness of the hound and definitely something that put him on edge.

@Tired-but-passionate

Nix chittered with fascination when Leila revealed the mirror, eyes wide with pleasure when she handed it to them. Letting out a raspy breath of awe, they ran their hands over the smooth surface and the intricate detailing around the edges. Laughing greedily, they slipped the mirror into their pocket, their tail swaying pleasantly.

Bane sighed, his ear twitching. “That’s not what I meant, but.” He shrugged, letting his temper go. It wasn’t a good addition. “What dream told you of us?” The hound was trying his best to take it slow, but Bane had the patience of a four-year-old. He played with his beaded neckless to settle his nerves. He kept a good eye on Nix’s mirror. One touch to his skin, and it was permanently burned. Stupid silver and iron. Bane’s tail swished in agitation. Keeping himself calm.. was a very hard task.
