Daxton had barely paid any attention to whatever was happening, simply continuing to stare at the flames, chin resting on the table. Though as he continued to sit, the male's body seemingly went stiff. The fireball before him also seemed to change behavior. The once calm flames seemed to glow even brighter, the wisps of flames dancing in a growing frenzy. A low 'thrum' seemed to start to sound from the fiery ball.
"I feel it Ra…she's in pain…fuck!"
The male stood up rather quickly, the fireball moving and coming to rest on his shoulder. Without a second thought, he tossed payment down on the table, moving quickly. Daxton moved perhaps a bit too quickly and so suddenly tripped over his own two feet to land on the floor with a loud thud, metal clanging from the bracelets he wore echoing against the ground.
The fireball flared, as if suddenly feeling threatened. The flames moved softly, resting on Daxton's shoulder. The low 'thrum' continued to sound from it, remaining right on it's companion's shoulder. Daxton cursed under his breath, sitting up with a growl.
"Damn my jaw…I'm fine Ra…yea, don't worry about me…we should really get going…"
Despite her place working in the back kitchen area, the 'antennas' on Nirvana's head seemed to twitch now, clearly alert and listening intently to her surroundings. See, she may be short, but this was just her human form. True form she was taller by quite a bit, leaning more towards height-wise of a large horse when in her true form. Though, even as human, she still retained her 'antenna', and a paralyzing bite.
A slight frown came to the woman's face, but knew better than to question it. Her first, initial thought was that Kirdairn had probably taken control and left someone in a mess, knowing that head of her hydra friend was usually the one looking for a fight…
She shook her head. No, they were alright…
Oridone watched the man walk off, her ears going back at the sound of echoing metal as she looking down at another that seemed to have tried to pay and leave as well. "Are you alright?" She asked, offering to help him up. Ben came over at the loud thud, seeming nervous and wary looking to the flame and man. Apparently they could never avoid trouble just once. "Hey, Ori? Maybe we should just pay and go." He suggested. "Relax. Those paperboys are gone and not everyone's a threat." The guard responded. All she got was an offended look from the mechanic, along with a mutter of not being scared of paperboys. "Says the one always keeping track of who's around." He huffed.
(Guess who's sick? Me lol. Anyways, you guys don't have to rush to post, this is just a bump so Altir isn't buried.)

(Are you trying to copy me? Getting sick has always been my thing.)
(Oof. You can keep your thing, I don't like getting sick. ._.)
I'm not sure what to do, Blaze is a agressive asshole…
(Hey real quick everyone I need to name a dog right now she's a welsh Springer spaniel and she's white with big brown splotches
It's just for the Sims so don't worry it doesn't have to be a serious or good name I just need some name ideas so throw em at me pls)
Freckles of Peanut Butter!//
(Oh! Name them Snoofers, it's a dog name from a movie.)
I'm not sure what to do, Blaze is a agressive asshole…
(As for Blaze. Since he's aggressive maybe he changes his mind and goes back to pick a fight with the others for stepping in? Honestly idk what to do either…)

He's too stubborn… WHY DO I MAKE ALL MY CHARACTERS UNAPPROACHABLE ASSHOLES?
Hm, I'll send in River and Ryder then. Ryder's more of a side character who River often mentions, hiim being their brother.//
Nykidia looked around before heading over to Oridone. She had seen the boys harass her and wanted to apologize. "Umm…Hi! Sorry about them back there. I really should of headed somewhere else other than here. Is there anyway I can pay you back?" She asked, hoping Oridone would forgive her at least slightly.
Lucky for Nykidia even is she was cautious Oridone was forgiving. With a quick exchange of words Ben offered to help anyone while she talked, the nekomata responding by straightening her jacket some as she faced the red head. She couldn't be happier to have driven off the boys seeing the kid they were after seemed around her siblings' age. "Don't worry. I'm a security guard back home, I know how to deal with petty fights and excuses younger kids try to make." She grinned, "My name's Oridone, what's yours?" Lifting a paw(Hand? Sometimes I'm grateful I know a visual medium for humanoid characters…) in a wave that read as 'don't worry about it'.
Meanwhile Ben seemed to gain a bit more confidence given the job to help if needed. "If they chased you past their route I think they would have fought and asked questions later. In other words, going somewhere else probably wouldn't have helped." He commented, "By the way, name's Ben." Saying this he didn't look at the paperboy, raising an eyebrow at the male on the floor seemingly mumbling to a flame.
"I'm Nykidia!" She said with a wave. "And again, we're sorry for the trouble. Are you sure there isn't anything I can do to make up for the trouble?" She asked, wanting to be sure. She always hated dragging people into her messes.
(Sorry, couldn't think of anything. ;-;)
"I already said don't worry. Compared to some other stuff I've been handling getting them to leave was a break." Oridone joked. She left momentarily, going over to drop some bits on the table for her and Ben's food. Ben wasn't as amused. Unlike Nykidia he knew the black-furred feline was running on caffine rather than actual sleep at this point.
"Wait… You said we, who else is with you? Your parents?" He asked, turning to Nykidia as he realized how young she looked. Then again he wouldn't be phased if her parents weren't with her, he started working without supervision earlier than most.
(Also I realized we only have six people, if they're still active, so I changed the topic to show Altir has two spots open.)
'Shit! I said we didn't I!' Yeah! You did! "Oh! I said we didn't I. Sorry! I meant I'm." She said, trying to cover up her mistake. She doubted it would work so she needed to leave soon. She had a feeling that this man was the type to be suspicious.
Blaze muttered some curses under his breath as he realized he left his jacket in the restaurant, he began to head back and wrapped a scarf around his shoulders to cover up his skin.
@IOnlyHave1Project
(Hey, I just noticed that this RP was open again, so could I join this?)
(Of course! People from the original Altir are always welcome, open or not.)
(Oh! thank you! The last one was really fun and I want to try to keep going unlike when I couldn't last time. I'll make sure to have a character done later today or tomorrow.)
(Bump to keep this from getting buried. I ask anyone active to please decide on or suggest an idea in the OOC Chat when they can.)
(Sorry for the wait! I haven't been on as much, plus Easter, so I hope this post is alright. :D )
Ben narrowed his eyes, giving an untrusting look, though didn't say anything as his phone buzzed with a notification. Checking it he glanced to Nykidia before turning to Oridone. "It's the group, they want to meet up at the park." He said. "And you. If wherever you need to head is in that direction you can come, but after the park you're on your own if those paperboys come back." He added, the words aimed at Nykidia.
Oridone seemed to think for a moment, tail waving slightly. "Alright, tell them we'll be at the floating eye thing by Mirror Creek. We can check if Aa- the masked shifter has been there." She responded, changing her sentence at the last second. "Amr will be able to tell, right?" Amr was the head guard, so she didn't see why he'd have trouble. With a quick apology to the staff for making a scene with the paperboys she told Ben she'd figure out the fastest route, going over to their table to pull a map from her bag.
(In case you have trouble since it's an Egyptian name, Amr is pronounced 'Ah-mur')
