Oliver and Apollo, lol.
Oof, sorry. Let me fix that real quick.
Thanks,
Oh…
I can't wait for this.
(Here's a starter for everyone with characters! Remember, the place they should go is Nys Fish!)
Ben was walking with Aster, getting distracted every once in a while and have to rush to catch up. If he was actually paying attention he wouldn't have a hard time following. Aster was keeping a steady pace knowing where he was going, but Ben certainly didn't as he spoke up. "Where are we headed?" He asked. "Thought I'd take you out for lunch, you stayed late helping everyone else last night. Besides, we need to catch up." The other chuckled, ruffling the other's hair before his hand was shoved away. As they came to Nys Fish Aster had to stop Ben, who was trying to fix his hair, and the two entered the restaurant.
Blaze skipped on the sidewalk, his thin tail swinging behind him as he did so. He hummed the one song he knew by heart, twirling his knife in his hand. "Oh I have all five fingers, the knife goes chop, chop, chop. If I miss the spaces in between my fingers will come off." He muttered, taking a swig out of one of his flasks with his other hand. His stomach rumbled, he looked around for any place to eat. Either human souls or human food, he could go with either at the moment. Ooh! Nys Fish, sounds interesting.
A cloud of sand spiraled in the air as a motorbike sped across the sands. Though the sands were soon ending into vibrant fields, as well as a road now. The male's jacket swayed behind him as his vehicle continued to carry him across the ground. Seemingly hovering on his shoulder appeared to be a fireball.
He lifted his head, eyes settling on the buildings in the distance. He didn't glance over as he muttered, "So, you can sense her resonance here Ra?"
The flames on the male's shoulder seemed to flare upwards, then calmed down again. The young man only gave a slight nod, "Alright, thought I could sense it coming from here as well, but I'm not naturally drawn to it unlike you."
He slowed down as he soon entered the streets of the city. The hum of motorbike's engine quieted down, no longer the roar it had been earlier. As he drove, the male noticed individuals wandering the streets, a few random caught his eye. He heard the laughter, noticing how they were dressed. He heard a comment about 'poor folk', which in turn made him grip the handles of his vehicle even tighter. A spark ignited in his eyes, turning to glaring forward.
The fireball on his shoulder seemingly flickered. The young man kept his eyes on the road as he growled, "I'll be fine, just really wanna beat the shit out of people like that, ya know? Remember I told you how I was raised…and what I and the others suffered…"
The flames seemingly moved, wrapping around his throat in a gentle embrace, much like a choker. However, unlike the ones considered enemies, the flames were a pleasant warmth around his neck. It was oddly comforting, when you considered the dangerous fact that the flames could just suddenly ignite and incinerate the unfortunate one that was wearing said flames. The man glanced down towards the flames for a moment, then looked back towards the road.
"Yea, suppose I should feed ya Ra. Don't need you to go on a devouring spree…Hm? I'm only slightly hungry, but suppose I myself should eat something…yea, you're right, hard to think on an empty stomach."
The male came to pull his motorbike into what could only be a parking lot of sorts. He hung his helmet and goggles on the handles. With some unknown mechanism, he locked the vehicle in place, as well as the belongings on it. Still hovering on his shoulder, was the fiery ball of flames.
He paused, glancing to the flames. The man raised an eyebrow, "Hm? Oh right…Yea, I brought several along just for that purpose…Pft, like the people here would have any of it here."
The man then started forward along the sidewalk. His hands were in his pockets as he walked along. He would glance towards the buildings running along the sides. He had to admit it, he wasn't used to such lavish buildings, he was used to simpler things. The fireball remained on his shoulder, not once straying from his side.

Once I get on my computer I'll post))
Nysaxiope balanced two trays of food on her hands as she flitted and flipped through the tables floating in the air. Lunch wasn't her busiest time of day, so it was very easy to maneuver through the few tables and people. She came upon one table three feet in the air where the customers were looking a little annoyed.
"Miss, it's been a while since we got here and we still haven't gotten our orders taken–" Her sentence ended abruptly when Nys placed a steaming plate of food in front of everyone at the table, then collected their menus.
"That is what you all wanted, correct? Telling me your order is unnecessary," Nysaxiope explained while tapping on her own head as if saying your mind is open to me. Everyone seemed to relax when she spoke. This would be, of course, because the siren was lathering a calming effect on her words.
Nysaxiope flicked her tail to float away from the table. She loved it whenever she could surprise people by getting them what they wanted without them saying, and everyone being relaxed in her restaurant thanks to her voice. Her powers just seemed to be perfect for her job.
She had already turned to head back to the kitchen when she heard the small tingle of the bell on the door and Carilla's "Welcome to Nys Fish, table for two?"
I just want to make sure everyone on here knows that the guardian of Altir City is a giant eyeball named Charles, who doesn't affect anything in the rp but just know Charles exists and everyone who lives there knows about his existence))
Blaze walked into the restaurant, his walk laced with swagger as the many pouches jingled. The pouches could contain coins, sure, but they didn't. They held many demonic items, and weapons, Blaze did like his weapons, they were his children. He wondered if he could restock his liquor soon, maybe he could do it today if he didn't spot one of his victims. As you can probably tell, he had a very scattered mind. Food! Food! Was his main thought-track at the moment.
(Starting this up we'll wait until everyone is at Nys Fish before any misadventures out of that area can happen unless someone specifically says they're going to jump in later.)
Aster nodded in response to the other asking if they needed a table for two. "I don't have any money on me…. but I can rush home and get some while you get a table?" Ben mumbled, looking to the taller of them as he gave his suggestion. "Don't worry. With you running around helping others you haven't even rested, consider this payment since you won't accept bits." Was the only response Aster gave. Ben mumbled how he only replaced a few tires, but didn't argue knowing how stubborn his boss was. Having convinced Ben to accept an offer for once he turned to the host(ess?) again, "Are you able to seat us now?" While Aster was talking Ben let his gaze drift having never come here before, turning to the sound of some one else entering. He gave a brief look of curiosity to the stranger, who had way too many pouches, but said nothing.
Carilla waved her right three arms behind her. "If you'll follow me," she said, then quickly to the person who had just entered. "I'll get to you in a second." She turned and walked up to a table with two seats. "Your waitress will get to you soon, take a look over your menus and experiment with the buttons," she told the pair then returned to her stand to help the next customer. "Just one?"
"That would be correct." Blaze purred, smelling faintly of ash and destroyed dreams. He looked around the restaurant, it was nice he supposed, not like his home-land dining places, but it was nice. Why am I even here again? Oh right! Food!
(Okay how the heccccccc does this work
I looked at the OCC chat and was immediately overwhelmed by the 100+ pages)
(Also, I put a link to the OOC Chat on the first post. If it sends you to the first page just go to the last because everything before it won't make sense if you're not from the original RP.)
(Sorry I should probably put this note under the OOC Chat link. Just go to the last page, everything else is questions and unrelated conversations from the original Altir RP)
(Oh okay!)
(Sorry I haven't started. I was at a jazz contest!)
Nykidia ran, the Altir boys right on her tail. She had been selling papers in their territory and they were not happy. She ran around a corner and ducking behind some trash cans. I told you we should of stayed in our area today! "Shut up Night." Nykidia grumbled and the Altir boys ran past, thinking she had kept running. She ducked out from behind the trash cans and ran the opposite way. As soon as she knew that the boys weren't on her tail she stopped and caught her breath. "Well that was a workout!" She said, a smile lighting up her face. You almost got caught! "But I didn't!" She told Night aloud. The only reason you could outrun them was because you were putting a bit of shadow into your step. "So?" Nykidia asked. She heard Night go silent and then sigh. Let's just not sell in their territory from a while, okay? "Fine by me!" She said with a laugh. "I don't feel the need to run like that for a while." She said looking at her newspaper list. "I'm done except for Nysaxiope!" She said with a smile. Nykidia liked Nysaxiope and her business. It hadn't been up for long but she still enjoyed the food and the owner herself. They hadn't talked much but she was still nice. She began to run to Nys Fish. Once she got there she pushed open the door. It was fairly crowded in there today. She began to look around for Nysaxiope. It's busy. She probably cooking or helping customers. "True." Nykidia said as she walked farther inside.
(Tell me if I got anything wrong with Nysaxiope and Nys fish. Also would Nys fish have a counter with stools or no?)
The male continued along the path of the sidewalk for some time before coming to a stop outside of a very obvious restaurant, the title stating it all. He looked up at the sign, lightly rubbing the back of his head as he seemed to be thinking.
"Hm…fish or something sound good to you Ra? …How should I know, honestly can't remember the last time I had any fish."
The fiery ball flared, but then died down to its calm glow. The man entered through the door, looking around. Seemed there were a few others who had stopped. He was a bit surprised to see quite a few individuals, well, more than what he was used to, but then what with his work, he never really had time to stop and look at things.
Nirvana hummed softly in the background, working in the kitchen. She was happy once again to have a steady place to work. This place was much better than the last restaurant she had worked. Plus the owner was nice and actually seemed to care about her workers.
The 'antennas' upon her head seemingly twitched. She glanced up from the sizzling pans, her yellow eyes a soft, warm glow. The pupils were completely round, showing her calm state.
"Mm, I wonder how Mylnorr, Faraneer, and Kirdairn are doing," she mumbled softly under her breath.
(Tell me if I got anything wrong with Nysaxiope and Nys fish. Also would Nys fish have a counter with stools or no?)
Nope, it's a proper restaurant so it has tables and booths and a kitchen farther back but no counter))
