In the kitchen was a guy named Alexander and samuel.

"jester go to the living room, now." Brink said to the boy "How dare you enter our home like this?" Brink growled, putting himself between the two men and Vanessa and the way to the living room.

¨Btink¨ she warned.

He grabbed a knife from the drawer, flipped it expertly and aimed it at Samuel's chest "take one step forward and this goes through your heart, okay?" he said with a sadistic grin

Vanessa got infront of Brink the tip of the knife almost touching her chest.

he tilted his head up in acknowledgment "whatcha doing love?" he glared at Samuel and Alexander from over her shoulder and dropped the knife

Samuel made a move to grab the knife ¨I just saved your A** don´t even think about it.¨.

"he can have it, I have 5 more at the ready." Brink stabbed the knife into a nearby cutting board and crossed his armed over his chest, still blocking the way to the living room "what do you want?"

Vanessa sighed walking over to Alexander ¨JESTER COME HERE¨ she yelled.

Jester peeked behind his dad's leg "momma I'm scared.." Brink glanced down at his son "It's ok, mommy wouldn't put you in danger," Brink gently nudged Jester to Vanessa "what's going on?"

Vanessa picked jester up resting him on her hip ¨Meet your uncle Alex¨ she said.

Brink almost choked on air "wait what? How in the world are you related?"

¨He´s my brother¨ she said.

He nodded in understanding "okay, I can get that, but what does he have to do with anything." He flicked his gaze to samuel

¨he needed a ride´ samuel said.

"ah ok so that makes perfect sense as to why your in our house," brink growled, glaring at him "Alex I have no problem with you, Samuel on the other hand I have a few grudges with," he turned and walking back into the living room, sitting down and trying not to go crazy

¨Jester go with your uncle to keep your dad company¨ she said

Jester nodded and ran into the living room "daddy come play!" He squeeled, sensing his father's mood "Please!!!" Brink glanced up and nodded, sliding to the ground, Jester setting comfortably in his lap "alright, whose going first Jes? Me or you?"
"Me!!!"

Vanessa walked to Samuel ¨What the h*** do you want¨ she asked
¨you samuel said.
¨well if can´t tell i´m married¨"she said.

Brink heard the discussion from the kitchen and sighed.
"your turn!" Jester said with a smile, glancing up at his dad
He smiled and took the tweezers he offered "so which one am I going for?"
"The funny bone!"

Vanessa walked into the living room as a cat.

"your turn Jes," he handed off the tweezers to his son and smiled as he attempted to grab a piece out of the game. He glanced over at Vanessa as she entered the room and gently petter her behind the ear

Vanessa closed her eyes and layed down.

He smiled at her and pulled her to his side for warmth and watched Jester play with the game,
