Laima looked down. Yeon had ingested the pill - hooray! He looked like he had a good sense of fashion - he must have some really nice trinkets for her.
Laima looked down. Yeon had ingested the pill - hooray! He looked like he had a good sense of fashion - he must have some really nice trinkets for her.
Yeon inhaled sharply, catching a whiff of the lavender and pepermint. He frowned and took out the cellphone. ‘Send car to ball, Something is wrong.’ He sent the message to Natasha and nudged Dove. “Smell that? We should get out of here.” He murmured. He blinked the dizzy ness away from his vision, his head beginning to feel strange.
Laima swept back downstairs, faking wooziness like everyone else, brushing against people and tucking her new possessions into her dress. She was getting closer to Yeon and Dove. Though Yeon was dizzier than the rest, having taken in two doses of her tailored medicine, she could tell he was trying to leave. Well, she had to make sure he wouldn't.
So how could she take down the girl called Dove? The woman was a killer, she knew, and unfortunately, she would have good reflexes. She ran out of ideas so she decided to just hang back and follow them.
Dove grabbed him and ran towards the stairs, and they went on the roof, "Fresh air should help?"
“Hopefully,” Yeon said, a slight slur in his tone. His head felt worse and he vision swayed. He gripped onto the ledge of one of the sides on the roof, legs feeling weak as the drug set in.
Laima followed them as they went up to the roof. Laima wasn't a fighter - so it wouldn't make any sense if she just barged in and tried to tie Yeon up or something. So she watched on the side as Yeon stumbled, Dove trying to make sure he wouldn't. Laima knew for certain that his struggling was futile - she made the drug specifically to not be canceled out by anything except the secret ingredient that she kept by her side - a specific type of birdfeed that she fed her domesticated owl with. A weird choice was a smart choice in this case.
Yeon eventually swayed and fell to his knees before slumping over. “Joder, estoy tan cansado…” He muttered softly in spanish, his eyes fluttering shut.
Dove groaned, "I don't know any damn Spanish, Yeon."
Laima smiled. Score! Her target was down. She started to head back downstairs, pulling out her phone. the Peacocks knew she wouldn't kill, and since they had other members here they agreed to let her leave after her target was down and mumbling swears.
Although… if she brought him to the cab outside herself, the pay increased significantly…
She swept into the bar, sitting down and laying her head in her arms, feigning sleep. She'd think about it.
Wait a minute.
She scanned the room for the Peacock members.
Yup.
She had put them to sleep.
Seems like she needed to get Yeon's body to the gang. But no way could she get past the Fallen Angel girl. Maybe she could reason with her?
Yeon was sprawled out on the concrete roof. On his breath was the scent of the drug, it having took complete effect, leaving him out cold.
Laima walked out onto the roof, wringing her hands.
"Um… hello!" she said. She really hoped she would get out of this alive, or she wouldn't be able to buy that love sac that she really really wanted for her fortune-telling shop.
Dove was on alert. She turned around, "Hello! My friend is really..drunk. Can you help me bring him down?"
"Well… ummm …" Laima wrung her hands. Her mind was whirling about a hundred miles per hour. What a horrible mess. "Yeah, sure, I'll help you. But could you help me for 5,000?"
Dove smirked, "I'm a bit busy with offers right now, I'll take your money later?"
"Ah. Okay." Was Dove busy? Huh. Looks like the Peacocks don't know everything.
Laima walked over to Yeon, helping Dove grab him and pull him up. Laima's plan was to brush Dove on the shoulder and release a heck of a lot of poison while doing so. Of course, she wouldn't kill Dove. Laima hated killing people herself, there was always better ways to earn some good money. Like stealing (fun!).
Dove smiled, "So, you're part of the peacocks, right? So when do you plan to kill me?"
Yeon’s “healing” abilities were beginning to work against the effects of the drug, but at a slow rate.
Laima's mouth opened. Of course, Dove would know what she was here for!
Laima frowned, holding Yeon and still heading downstairs.
"Um. First, I'm only here for Yeon. Second, I don't kill, I only poison, drug, steal, and hex people into submission." she said, looking proud of herself.
"Fun." Dove smiled, "My pirate friend Kameo's into poison and drugs too."
"Yeah so. I'm taking Yeon unless you have more than 20,000 on you." Laima said, her in-control voice coming out. "And as you can see, I already took one of your friends out. I don't want to poison you, but if I don't have a choice, I will. Now, what do you say?"
"That I happen to have more than 20 mil. on me." Dove gave her a wicked grin.
Laima blinked. She smirked, and putting Yeon down she held out her hand. "If you need anything stolen or poisoned, I'm your woman!"
