"I'm fricking fine. Get away from me." Marya tried to push the nurses away, incredibly annoyed.
The nurse clicked his tongue, "It looks like you've suffered tail loss, a knife through the stomach, and other various stab wounds. We're not letting you go just yet." damn these stupid capable nurses.

"Marya, let them help you. . ." Cal mumbled as he looked up, his messy, dark hair falling across his eyes. He quickly glanced down. He couldn't even look at her anymore. Not after what he had done.

"Where's Nimue?" she turned to face the wall and the tension in the room started to rise. Stupid little raspberry assnut. Marya swung her hair over one shoulder and pulled up her bloody shirt just a bit, letting the nurse take care of the wound on her back.

"She-" Cal faltered and he stopped to clear his voice. "Someone took her back to the king's palace." He finished, not wanting to say more. If she knew that I made the deal, she'd hate me. I'd never have a chance with her. Not that I had one anyways. . .

"You'll be fine," Kirin said for what felt like the millionth time. Nimue wouldn't stop asking questions.
"Okay, but where are we going?"
"Nowhere."
"We're moving, which means we're going somewhere."

She whipped around, scaring the nurse with a frenzied look in her eyes. "We have to go back. I can't believe this. My god." Marya leapt from the table. "Come, raspberry assnut, we have to save Nimue." she motioned towards Cal.

She whipped around, scaring the nurse with a frenzied look in her eyes. "We have to go back. I can't believe this. My god." Marya leapt from the table. "Come, raspberry assnut, we have to save Nimue." she motioned towards Cal.

Cal winced at her insult, but motioned for her to sit back down. "You're not going anywhere until you're stitched up, okay?"

You could have your character walk into wherever they are and say Marcus had some reports for Cal and then rattle off random reports?

"Nimue could be dead. I'm not letting that happen. Unlike you." she shot him a glare and crossed her arms.
