"Well Perdita and Auxili would be the safest place to spread the news about something like this, but I honestly don't think that too many people would join. People here might agree with us, but they'd be too scared to actually act on it." Rheyna explained. "We either need to cause a scene and hope that we stay safe, or keep it secret and get this done slower."

"Let's not cause a scene," Katy inputted in, "It's way to risky. Perdita and Auxili are safest, but if we can get to Domina or Captio we have a better chance a recruitment."

"Well, technically I don't think I'm allowed to be anywhere but Perdita. At least not legally…" Beau said quietly. "I haven't got a permit. That doesn't bother me too much, but that means I'll have worse consequences if we're caught in a city illegally."

"I'm curious to know how many of us are here illegally right now?" Katy asked, "As in our little group. We got two so far."

"Well, I've been here for a a little more than a year. Illegally, of course." Rheyna replied simply.

"I got here a few months ago," Katy responded, "Technically I don't exist in records, so I'm here illegally, but not."

"Great, so literally all of us but Luke aren't even allowed to be here. What a fantastic start to the whole 'let's not get arrested plan', huh?"

(I have an idea that's basically piggybacking off of @Moxiehas83Protons, since Azalea lives in Captio she could go back and then they recognize her, and do that.)

Dot walked into her parents' house, the mail in hand. She flipped through it briefly, knowing her letter probably wasn't in there, but it never hurt to look. Oh. There was a letter addressed to Dorothy Malsen. Addressed to her. It was the Transporter's License Department. She held her breath as she opened the letter, remembering the day she took the intelligence test. The person administering the test had looked at her like she was insane, and suggested she go to the line for Auxili. Dot really hoped she had proved her wrong. She carefully unfolded the letter. "Dear Ms. Malsen, We are pleased to inform you have been granted a transporter's lisence." Dot stopped reading, a huge grin filling her face. She had done it.

"Well the new girl here isn't technically here illegally." Rheyna pointed out. "Oh, and what're everyone's names? I was completely zoned out earlier and was not paying attention."
