she followed after him "whats wrong" she asked.
"flashbacks." He muttered, looking into a room before heading back out into the fall
She didn't stop following him.
"is there something you need?" Brink asked, not looking at her
"Yeah I need you to tell me you don't love me that our relationship meant nothing that it was just a fling that you never wanna see my face again" she said.
He huffed a laugh and stopped in his path "I can tell you that a million times and it'll never be true. So why even try?"he shrugged "if you're so keen on leaving me, why follow me?"
"Because Brink I'm a cat we do things we don't mean that hurt you and we nudge untill you leave us" she said.
He turned and faced her, the glow from the lamps illuminating his eyes. "You should know by now, I don't give up so easily. Hurt me all you want Ness but I'm not leaving you."
"Do you think I really wanted to break your heart" she asked.
"no, but you did nothing to stop it from getting worse." He shrugged and continued down the hall
"Brink" she said and went after him.
"Ness I'm not saying it cuz it not true. Until you can convince me otherwise or until you can prove it true to yourself that you don't love me, I'm not saying that."
" fine " vanessa said she got infront of him and kissed him waiting to be pushed away.
He blinked in Surprise before pulling her closer
she ran her fingers up and down his arm.
He pulled away slightly "I think this is the oposite of what your trying to accomplish."
"I know I thiught you'd push me away and tell me the flame wasn't there anymore" she whispered looking down at her feet.
He smiled softly and shook his head "never kitty." He muttered softly "we should get back to Jay,"
Vanessa nodded with a small smile
"There's no food in the West wing." Brink said, entering the the room and sitting in a chair
"that sounded like that wass in the beauty and the beast" she said.
Brink tilted his head in slight confusion, know familiar with the reference but shrugging it off "I'll check the Eastern wing later."
vanessa looked down at the blood dripping from her hand.
Jay looked at the two then nodded,
"So now what?" brink asked, glancing around the area
