She walked down the hallway clenching her fists. He just had to bring that up she had apologized she couldn't change the past she took a deep breath and kept walking half of her wanting to leave and half of her wanting brink to race after her.

Brink opened his eyes and breathed in deeply "I'm sorry kitty cat, it's better this way." He stood and headed out of the room without a word. He ran a hand through his green hair and went through every room on the top floor, testing each one to see if any of them locked from the inside

Vanessa sighed she took a deep as she walked she put a hand on the wall and looked around as the smoke surrounded her she coughed before getting dizzy her eyes struggled to stay open she knew what was happening they came for her ¨ BRINK!¨ she yelled before she passed out.

Thinking that she was just yelling for him to come back, Brink climbed up into the exposed piping of the ceiling, his bright eyes were all that was seen
