Imperos smiled. "I'm fine standing. But your assumption I am local is correct." He nodded and sipped his coffee.

"I am Aerwyn, and you are?" She asked, looking at the newcomer.
"Imperos." He replied and jokingly did a little bow.
"My name is Layla," she added with a smile. "Nice to meet you."
Aerwyn laughed and gestured to another seat. "Take a seat. What can one look forward to for the Aurorieal festival?"
"I'm Ava," was all she offered but gave a polite nod.
Adrian, deciding that the hotel lobby was pretty boring went out looking for some sort of cafe to hang out at. He sent a quick text to Razor before heading out. He found a place and saw it bustling with business. There were groups of people all talking and the main word that he kept hearing was the Aurorieal festival.
Imperos sighed and nodded then sat down. "So you want to know about it more than the location? I say you experience it yourself without me saying a thing."
(was offline what did i miss? sorry for the lateness i hate having to get fillers)
Robin introduced herself, “Hey, I’m Robin. And I am pretty curious as to what festival is about, exactly.”
(oh crap i couldn't be online this weekend, um we're at a festival?)
(Everyone is currently at a cafe nobody is at the festival yet)
(My character is… somewhere I guesss.)
(okay time to hop in)
Morro walked up to the cafe but at seeing all the people he pulled shadows around him for comfort the walked to the nearest person and ironically they looked familiar "he-hello?"
Nova looked up from her place behind the counter as the door opened and another person walked into the cafe. She had been in the back room making people's orders and, just finished the last ones. She called out the orders, a sweet vanilla latte with caramel with a chocolate croissant and a strawberry lemonade with a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. She looked around as two girls looked up as their orders were called. "Here are your orders ma'ams." she faltered for a second. They were, admittedly, kinda cute.
Morro caught a table that sat in the corner hoping not to be seen but knew ultimately that plan was going to fail
Adella slipped into a cafe near the hotel, humming and bobbing her head to some music in her ears. The good thing about having electricity running through your veins is that your phone never died so you could listen to a bunch of music.
Morro saw Adella walk in and waved her down knowing her tendency for music
(Wait, do they know eachother?)
(maybe if you'd like them to)
(No thanks.)
(okay well he can introduce himself i guess)
Morro sighed and gave up on waving and stood preparing to walk over and say hi
Adella slid into a booth, pulling up her laptop and going to her editing app. Her big headphones blocked all sound from the outside world.
Morro didn't mind being alone he decided and pulled out his phone to play minecraft
Adrian walked up to a group of people all talking about the festival and decided that was a good time to let himself in, desperate for communication with some people he doesn't know. "I was most looking forward to all the venues that'll be opening up." He slipped in, not yet sitting not knowing if he was welcome or not.
(I'm just making up the thing about the venues, exactly what do they do at the festival?)
